Beban kerja perawat pelaksana yang sebanding atau ideal diperlukan agar pemberian pelayanan kesehatan sesuai dengan standar patient safety dan meminimalkan terjadinya masalah keselamatan pasien. Keselamatan pasien adalah hal yang sangat penting dalam setiap pemberian pelayanan kesehatan. Beban kerja yang berlebihan akan menimbulkan kelelahan fisik yang dapat mengakibatkan kurangnya konsentrasi pada pekerjaan sehingga berisiko melakukan kesalahan atau lupa untuk melakukan hal yang seharusnya dilakukan. Keselamatan pasien dapat dipengaruhi oleh macam-macam faktor salah satunya beban kerja perawat. Banyak bukti yang ditunjukkan bahwa patient safety di ruang isolasi covid-19 cukup baik. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui hubungan beban kerja perawat pelaksana dengan penerapan patient safety di ruang isolasi covid-19 RS Mitra Siaga Tegal. Penelitian kuantitatif ini menggunakan desain korelasional. Teknik untuk pengambilan sampel yang digunakan yaitu total sampling dan besar sampel yang diambil yaitu 22 perawat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan beban kerja perawat pelaksana dengan kategori berat yakni 14 (63,6%), sedangkan penerapan patient safety dengan kategori baik yakni 10 (45,5%). Analisis data dengan uji statistik Kendall’s Tau nilai signifikansi 0,035 < 0,05 maka dapat disimpulkan terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara beban kerja perawat pelaksana dengan penerapan patient safety di ruang isolasi covid-19 RS Mitra Siaga Tegal.
Abstract People with mental disorders will have emotional disturbances which can eventually lead to bad behavior. Until now, society in general still has a negative stigma against people with mental illness, which causes many of them to serve poorly. Therefore, in helping to reduce and overcome the high number of people with mental disorders, the lecturers of the Nursing and Nurse Study Program conducted a Modality Therapy for People with Mental Disorders (ODGJ) Training for Nurses at the Banyumas Health Office. The purpose of this abdimas implementation is that nurses can provide nursing care for mental patients and can provide modality therapy for people with mental disorders (ODGJ). This activity was carried out for 2 days from 25-26 February 2020. The method used was the Lecture and Discussion Group Forum to Banyumas health service nurses. The results of active participants following the provision of material and modality therapy practices and being able to practice modality therapy activities in mental patients with hallucinations, violent behavior, low self-esteem and social isolation. The conclusion is that nurses are expected to be more active in participating in activities that can improve mental nursing competence. Hingga saat ini masyarakat pada umumnya masih memiliki stigma negatif pada pengidap penyakit mental hingga menyebabkan banyak diantara mereka yang diperlakukan secara buruk. Oleh karena itu, dalam membantu mengurangi dan mengatasi tingginya angka pengidap gangguan mental dosen prodi Sarjana Keperawatan dan Ners melakukan Pelatihan Terapi Modalitas Orang Dengan Gangguan Jiwa (ODGJ) Bagi Perawat Dinas Kesehatan Banyumas. Tujuan dari pelaksanaan abdimas ini adalah perawat dapat memberikan asuhan keperawatan pasien gangguan jiwa dan dapat memberikan terapi modalitas pada orang dengan gangguan jiwa (ODGJ). Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan 2 hari mulai tanggal 25-26 Februari 2020.Metode yang digunakan adalah Ceramah dan Forum Grup Disscussion kepada perawat dinas kesehatan banyumas. Hasil peserta aktif mengikuti kegiatan dari pemberian materi dan praktik terapi modalitas dan mampu mempraktikan kegiatan terapi Modalitas pada pasien jiwa dengan halusinasi, perilaku kekerasan, harga diri rendah dan isolasi social. A phenomenological study of primiparous mothers’ experience of emergency cesarean section in YogyakartaPurposeThe purpose of the study was to explore the experience of primipara mothers when the emergency cesarean section was decided at hospital of Wates Kulon Progo in Yogyakarta.Method A phenomenological study was conducted involving in-depth interviews with 7 post emergency cesarean section mothers at hospital of Wates Kulon Progo in Yogyakarta from April until July 2014. ResultsThe study found three themes in the mothers’ experiences related to emergency cesarean section: the perception of the mothers was associated with emergency cesarean section, the influence of spirituality on positive perceptions of mothers and support for mothers in the face of emergency cesarean section. ConclusionMothers have a specific strategy in dealing with the emergency cesarean section which they will experience. Support for mothers in facing emergency cesarean section, spirituality influences on mother's positive perception and mothers’ perceptions related to emergency cesarean section affect mothers’ readiness to undergo emergency cesarean section. It is necessary to create a policy focusing on FCMC by involving family counselors when the mother has decided for emergency cesarean section.
Bayi Berat Badan Lahir Rendah (BBLR) memerlukan perawatan lebih khusus dibandingkan dengan bayi lahir dengan berat badan normal, hal ini terlihat dari beberapa ibu yang kembali ke RSI Muhammadiyah Tegal karena ibu kurang memahami tentang perawatan bayi BBLR di Rumah. Family Centered Maternity Care (FCMC) adalah perawatan yang berpusat pada keluarga dengan memberikan perawatan bagi wanita dan keluarga mereka yang mengintegrasikan kehamilan, persalinan, persalinan, dan perawatan bayi ke dalam kontinum kehidupan keluarga.Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengidentifikasi kebutuhan perawatan bayi BBLR di rumah dengan pendekatan family centered maternity care secara studi kualitatif. Penelitian dilakukan di RSI PKU Muhammadiyah Tegal. Metode dengan kualitatif dengan design studi kasus menggunakan ibu dan keluarga yang bayi BBLR sebanyak 9 orang dan focus group discussion (FGD) pada 7 perawat perinatologi. Berdasarkan hasil analisa Colaizzi didapatkan beberapa tema yaitu dukungan keluarga untuk meningkatkan kepercayaan diri ibu merawat bayi BBLR, strategi pemenuhan kebutuhan nutrisi, strategi mencegah terjadinya hipotermia, upaya mencegah terjadinya infeksi, home visit perawat. Peningkatan perhatian untuk menjaga bayi BBLR tetap hangat dalam bentuk FCMC berintergrasi pada ibu, keluarga serta perawat dapat mengoptimalkan perawatan Bayi BBLR di rumah. Family Centered Maternity Care (FCMC) is family-centered care providing care for women and their families that integrates pregnancy, childbirth, childbirth, and infant care into the continuum of family life. The purpose of this study was to identify the care needs of low birth weight baby at home with a family centered maternity care approach in a qualitative study. The research was conducted at Muhammadiyah Hospital Tegal. Qualitative method with case study design was used in 9 mothers and families of low birth weight babies and focus group discussion on 7 perinatology nurses. Based on the results of Colaizzi's analysis, several themes were found, namely family support to increase mother's confidence in caring for low birth weight babies, strategies to fulfill nutritional needs, strategies to prevent hypothermia, efforts to prevent infection, nurse home visits. Increased attention to keeping low birth weight babies warm in the form of Family Centered Maternity Care with interaction with mothers, families and nurses can optimize the care of low birth weight babies at home. Preceptorship is one method of guidance with one to one relationship in the scope of nursing which is considered good enough to add skills in care, both soft skills, hard skills and attitude of the nursing profession. Many factors affect the implementation of preceptorsip in hospitals. This study aims to determine the relationship between clinical instructional motivation and the implementation of preseptorship at Dr. Soeselo Slawi. This research is a quantitative study and the type of descriptive correlation research design with cross sectional approach. The sampling technique used was a total sampling of 39 people. The research instrument uses a motivation questionnaire containing 26 statements, whereas for Preceptorship uses a questionnaire containing 10 statements. Chi square analysis results showed that the p value was 0.007 (<0.005), which means there was a significant relationship between CI motivation and the implementation of Preseptorship. The hospital is expected to be able to choose nurses who will become CIs according to certain competency and knowledge standards, as well as specializing CI assignments so that they do not overlap with patient service tasks.
