ABSTRAKDokter yang telah studi dan mengambil sumpah dokter, berdasarkan Tahun 2013 tentang Pendidikan Kedokteran, diwajibkan mengikuti intersip selama satu tahun. Selama menjalani internsip, terdapat perbedaan antara ekspektasi dan realita yang membuat mereka frustrasi, namun tidak ada yang dapat dilakukan untuk mengubah keadaan sehingga dapat menyebabkan perasaan tertekan (stres). Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk menggambarkan tingkat stres dari dokter internsip. Adapun partisipan dari penelitian ini yaitu 95 dokter internsip yang bekerja minimal 3 bulan dan ditempatkan di luar kota asal. Penelitian ini menggunakan alat ukur stress kerja dengan reliabilitas 0.91. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa 44,21% dokter berada pada tingkat stres sedang, artinya mereka mengalami stres yang masih dapat dihadapi sehingga tidak dapat menimbulkan gangguan fisik. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, hal yang paling mengganggu para dokter internsip adalah upah yang tidak sesuai dengan pekerjaan yang mereka kerjakan. Selain itu ketidakjelasan peran mereka di rumah sakit pun menjadi salah satu faktor yang menyebabkan stres. Terdapat 27,37% dokter internsip yang berada pada kategori agak tinggi dan 3,16% pada tingkat tinggi, artinya mereka dapat berpotensi menimbulkan gangguan fisik. Hasil penelitian dapat digunakan oleh Institusi yang berkaitan dengan dokter internsip agar memperhatikan aspek-aspek yang berkaitan dengan stress kerja.Kata kunci: dokter internsip, stress kerja, tingkat stress, program internsip. ABSTRACTDoctors who had completed medical school and took hippocratic oath, according to Constitutional Law no. 20 establish at 2013 about Medical Education, are required to follow Internship for one year. While undergoing internship, their experiences were different with their expectations and made them frustrated, but they could do nothing to change the situation so that it could lead to feelings of distress (stress). The purpose of this study was to describe the stress level of internship doctors. This study was conducted on 95 internship doctors who worked at least 3 months and placed outside their hometown. This study used occupational stress scale with reliability score 0.91. Results from this study showed that 44,21% in moderate stress level, which means they experience stress but they can still be encountered it and did not cause illness and disease. Salary they earned form their work at internship program and hospital condition will influenced them to get occupational stress. However, there are 27,37% at slightly high and 3,16% at high level, which means that they can potentially suffer illness and disease. The results of the study could be used by institutions related with internship doctors to concern about the aspects related to occupational stress.
