The aims of this study is to look at the effect of Devidend Payout Ratio, Devidend Yield, Company Size, Trading Volume, Exchange Rate, Inflation, Interest Rate Against Stock Price Volatility. With a purposive sampling technique, this study took 7 companies as samples of 153 manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2012-2016. Data analysis was performed using Multiple Regression. The results of the study show that the Devidend Payout Ratio has an effect on Stock Price Volatility, while the Devidend Yield, Company Size, Trading Volume, Exchange Rate, Inflation and Interest Rate do not affect the Stock Price Volatility. While simultaneously all the independent variables tested showed a significant effect on Stock Price Volatility in Manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2012-2016.
This study aims to determine the leadership style, work motivation and work environment towards employee job satisfaction at PT. Karwikarya Wisman Graha Tanjungpinang. The research method used is descriptive statistical method with a quantitative approach. Data collection techniques are carried out by observation and questionnaire. The number of research samples used was 115 respondents. Analysis of the data used is multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing in the form of T test and F test and analysis of the coefficient of determination. The research conducted resulted in a leadership style that had a significant effect on employee satisfaction at PT. Karwikarya Graha Tanjungpinang because the value of t count> t table or 3.171> 1.981 and the significance value produced is 0.002 <0.05. Work motivation has a significant effect on employee satisfaction at PT. Karwikarya Graha Tanjungpinang because the value of t count> t table or 2,366> 1,981 and the significance value produced is 0.020 <0.05. The work environment has a significant effect on employee satisfaction at PT. Karwikarya Graha Tanjungpinang because the value of t count> t table or 7.168> 1.981 and the significance value produced is 0,000 <0.05.
This study aims to determine the effect of training, work discipline and organizational culture on the organizational commitment of employees of PT. PLN (Persero) Tanjungpinang Area. The research method used is descriptive statistical method with a quantitative approach. Data collection techniques are carried out by observation and questionnaire. The number of research samples used was 74 respondents. Analysis of the data used is multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing in the form of T test and F test and analysis of the coefficient of determination. The research conducted resulted in training having a significant effect on the organizational commitment of employees of PT. PLN (Persero) Tanjungpinang Area because the value of t arithmetic> t table or 23,057> 1,994 and the significance value produced 0,000 <0,05. Work Discipline has a significant effect on the organizational commitment of employees of PT. PLN (Persero) Tanjungpinang Area because the value of t count> ttable or 2.649> 1.994 and the significance value produced 0.010 <0.05. Organizational culture does not affect the organizational commitment of employees of PT. PLN (Persero) Tanjungpinang Area because the value of t count <t table or -1.424> 1.994 and the significance value produced is 0.159> 0.05.
: The purpose of this research is to know whether the Work Experience, Job Promotion and Career Development influence Employee Job Satisfaction at PT. X. The type of data that is used consists of primary data and secondary data, obtained by interview, questionnaire distribution and study of library, which the measurement uses Likert scale, and processed with SPSS version 22 program. The sample technique uses non- probability sampling totaling 40 respondents distributed to all employees of PT. X. Data analysis method used is quantitative analysis using data quality test, classical assumption test and hypothesis testing analysis. The research results indicate that: (1) Work Experience there is a significant influence between Work Experience variables on employee job satisfaction at PT. X, (2) Position Promotion there is a significant influence between Job Promotion variables on employee job satisfaction at PT. X, and (3) Career Development there is a significant influence between Career Development variables on employee job satisfaction at PT. X.
This study aims to determine whether motivation, leadership and competence affect the work productivity of employees of PT. PLN (Persero) Tanjung Pinang Area. The type of data used is primary data and secondary data obtained through interviews, questionnaires and literature studies whose measurements use a Likert scale and processed with the SPSS22 program. The sample technique used purposive sampling amounting to 74 respondents distributed to all permanent employees of PT PLN (Persero) Tanjungpinang Area. The data analysis method used is quantitative analysis using data quality test, classic test and multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that simultaneously motivation, leadership and competence have a significant effect on the work productivity of employees of PT PLN (Persero) Tanjungpinang Area. In partial testing (t test) motivation does not have a significant effect on the productivity of employees of PT PLN (Persero) Tanjungpinang Area. Partial leadership has a significant effect on the productivity of employees of PT PLN (Persero) Tanjungpinang Area. Partial competence does not have a significant effect on work productivity of PT. PLN (Persero) Tanjungpinang Area employees
