Brief communicationIntegrable electronically tunable oscillator TALAT ALTAFt and REHMAN AHMAD KHAN1 An electronically tunable oscillator is described, which uses two programmable integrators, together with either resistor ratios or capacitor ratios. The frequency of oscillation is electronically tunable over about four decades with bias current/ voltage. The circuit is very attractive for implementation in the monolithic IC forms, namely in the bipolar and MOS technologies. Experimental results on the discrete version of the circuit are included.
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
