A seven segment display, or in Indonesian it is called a seven segment display, is an electronic device consisting of segments that are used to display decimal numbers or numbers. This journal will explain how to simulate a seven segment display circuit using computer software called Electronics Workbench. This simulation is done to help understand how a seven segment display circuit can work, and because this is a simulation, there is no need to be afraid of failure, or making mistakes. This simulation is done by connecting a seven segment display with a 74 series Digital IC, you can use a 7447 or 7448 IC, because the function is still the same, and the IC formation is still the same, and is suitable for connecting seven segment displays. Then the IC is controlled via a switch / button that is connected directly to the IC, and the switch and IC are also connected to a power source, so that the circuit simulation can run. The results of this simulation show that the simulation can be done well in the Electronics Workbench software, can be a medium of learning about how seven segment displays work, and so that we can more easily understand how electronic devices work.
Blood clams (Anadara granosa) are endemic clams found in Southeast Asia and East Asia. Blood clams are widely consumed by the public as seafood dishes in coastal food stalls. The great potential of blood clams will increase the waste of clam shells produced. The accumulation of shellfish waste will cause pollution and reduce environmental aesthetics. The chitin content in blood clam shells can be used as chitosan. Chitosan is a polymer of -(1-4) glucosamine which is formed when the acetyl group in chitin is substituted by hydrogen to become an amine group. Chitosan has antibacterial and antifungal properties. Isolation of chitosan was carried out through the stages of demineralization, deproteination, and deacetylation. The limited use of laboratories during the pandemic is a major obstacle in the isolation process of chitosan. This study aims to process blood clam shell waste into chitosan in a simple way on a home scale. Processing includes deproteination, demineralization, and deacetylation were done using tools and materials available at home. Laboratory equipment such as beakers could be replaced with pots, the reflux process was replaced by using a cloth to filter, and measuring cups were replaced with glasses. The research used 1500 grams of blood clam shell powder and produced 1050 grams of white chitosan with a slightly hard texture.
With so many garden lights, gardeners often struggle to turn on or turn on garden lights manually, this study aims to make it easier for park officers or gardeners to turn on or turn off garden lights practically. Automatic garden light is a lighting system that runs automatically, this system can use light sensors such as LDR (Light Dependent Resistor), photodiode and others. However, this circuit system can also use a timer that has been set in time when the circuit or garden lights will turn on and off, this can happen because there is an automatic switch circuit that utilizes the characteristics of one of the light sensors, namely the LDR sensor whose resistance value can change according to Light intensity. During the day, the resistance value of the LDR will be very high and even reach its maximum value of 10k , this makes the current flowing to the base of the transistor very small, to activate the transistor 2N3055 a minimum voltage of 0.9V is needed to the base of the transistor. Because the resistance of the LDR is very large, the voltage that enters the base of the transistor will be very small or even non-existent so that the transistor is like an open switch and does not flow current. One type of automatic switch that is widely used today is a light switch with a light sensor, where the switch will turn off and on automatically because it is affected by the intensity of the light around it. For example, at night, we don't need to press the switch to turn on the lights, because the lights will turn on automatically. The results of this study indicate that the simulation experiment of garden lights using the Proteus application went well, the use of simulation using Proteus also aims to make it easier for us to understand an electronic component and how it works.
The existence of COVID-19 pandemic struck across the country in the world, including Indonesia has disrupted human activities in various sectors of life. Online learning can not be separated from internet networks. The internet network connection is one of the obstacles that the students live in the suburbs. The problem with online learning during the COVID-19 pandemic is environmental incompatibility by changing old habits so that parents do various ways so that parents can provide positive behavior toward children. This paper focuses on a positive behavior model in parents as an essential part of online learning by children amid the uncertainty of the end of the COVID-19 pandemic. The method in this paper is a literature study or literature review on positive behavior with logical model analysis. The results show that the factors that influence parents' positive behavior towards children in online learning amid the COVID-19 pandemic must fulfill the elements of confidence, hope, optimism, resilience, and intelligence of parents in responding to online learning carried out by their parent’s children. In addition, social capital as an alternative strengthens parents' positive behavior towards children so that they feel comfortable with the presence of parents to accompany online learning.
The economy in Indonesia is now growing and developing, especially for SME (small micro and medium enterprises) businesses, in the micro, small and medium movement, many Indonesian people are opening small businesses, by marketing products that are still sought after by buyers, Many Indonesian traders have not used the internet or social media to market their products, even though there are many social media that can be used to market their products, such as Facebook, Instagram, Tiktiok and many more. Currently, social media or the internet can be accessed by anyone from all walks of life. including SME businessmen who use the internet as a means of providing and sharing information about products offered to consumers online. This study discusses how the use of social media by SME in marketing products during the COVID19 pandemic. The purpose of the research is to introduce traders in Cipamokolan village to be able to better utilize social media as a marketing tool in order to have a bigger market potential. This research method is a qualitative method using a descriptive approach by utilizing secondary data from various literatures such as books, journals/articles and homepages to access the latest data and information related to the impact of COVID-19 and the use of social media for the recovery of SME. The result of the research is that social media is an effective means of communication, can increase market share and help business decisions. The community in Cipamokolan village can increase sales volume by more than 100% if the information is updated every day and consistently.
