Green innovation has become a necessity for companies in line with the demands of environmental requirements. Green innovation is the activity of developing a product or process that is carried out by considering environmental aspects (such as energy savings, pollution prevention, waste recycling, reduction of resource consumption) to reduce the impact of industrial activities on the environment. One of the factors associated with green innovation performance is the company’s dynamic capabilities. This paper proposes a conceptual framework that illustrates the role of companies’dynamic green capabilities on the performance of green innovation in manufacturing companies in Indonesia.
Abstract. PT. X is a textbook publishing and printing company that produces according to customer requests. In supporting these production activities, the company has a raw material warehouse. Currently, inventory data collection activities in the raw material warehouse are carried out on different physical documents, so that changes in the amount of material inventory cannot be known automatically when goods enter or leave. This causes the decision-making process in material replenishment to be hampered and ultimately affects the production process. An alternative that can be done in solving the problem is to design a company warehouse management information system that can provide accurate information on the availability of raw materials. The research stages follow the stages of system development with the Throwaway Prototyping Method which consists of four main stages, namely planning, analysis, design, and implementation. The results obtained are a warehouse management information system in the form of an application prototype which consists of the administration of receiving goods, the status of inventory in the warehouse and the administration of releasing goods from the warehouse. The prototype was built based on the needs and desires of the company. The results of the prototype test showed that information on the amount of raw material inventory can be known in real time so the prototype development can proceed to the design and implementation stages of the actual system. Abstrak. PT. X merupakan perusahan penerbitan dan percetakan buku pelajaran yang melakukan produksi sesuai dengan permintaan pelanggan. Dalam mendukung kegiatan produksi tersebut, perusahaan memiliki gudang bahan baku. Saat ini aktivitas pendataan persediaan di gudang bahan baku dilakukan pada dokumen fisik yang berbeda, sehingga perubahan jumlah persediaan material tidak memungkinkan diketahui secara otomatis saat barang masuk atau keluar. Hal ini menyebabkan proses pengambilan keputusan dalam pengisian kembali material menjadi terhambat dan pada akhirnya berpengaruh juga pada proses produksi. Alternatif yang dapat dilakukan dalam menyelesaikan masalah adalah merancang sistem informasi manajemen gudang perusahaan yang dapat memberikan informasi ketersediaan bahan baku secara akurat. Tahapan penelitian mengikuti tahapan-tahapan pengembangan sistem dengan Metode Throwaway Prototyping yang terdiri dari empat tahapan utama yaitu perencanaan, analisis, perancangan, dan implementasi. Hasil yang diperoleh yaitu sistem informasi manajemen gudang dalam bentuk prototype aplikasi yang didalamnya terdiri dari administrasi penerimaan barang, status persediaan barang di gudang dan administrasi pengeluaran barang dari gudang. Prototype dibangun berdasarkan pada kebutuhan dan keinginan dari pihak perusahaan. Hasil pengujian prototype didapatkan bahwa informasi jumlah persediaan bahan baku dapat diketahui secara real time sehingga pengembangan prototype dapat dilanjutkan ke tahap perancangan dan implementasi pada sistem yang sebenarnya.
Citronella oil processing industry made a major contribution in improving the economy of the community, especially involve businesses, that is farmers and industrialists. Issues contained in the refining of citronella oil, one of which is requiring relatively large initial costs. The main objective of this research is to create model of industry system for citronella oil processing, small and medium scale so as to optimize the potential and available resources. The first step taken was identify the technologies used, determine the scale of production, how to manage and determine the variables considered to be a critical factor in the refining industry of citronella oil . As of this paper is made, a team of researchers have done several times a survey to see manufactured machine for citronella refining and compare the right technology so citronella oil produced is optimal In addition, researchers conducted a survey to a distillery that uses machine examined, to see firsthand how the refining machine. Stages of research conducted in a structured from preliminary studies, the formulation of the problem and determining the purpose of research, literature studies, define the steps of research, collection of data required, and the design of industrial systems, implementation models, and the final analysis of the results of implementation and improvement models.
The waste management in urban areas should get treatment from various parties (communities, governments, and businesses) to prevent environmental damage increases. Waste management can be done in the management area of the Rukun Tetangga (RT) and Rukun Warga (RW) level, also the village level. The main problem for the current partner that doesn’t spread evenly of knowledge and the capabilities in utilizing waste into something that has economic valuable and the low level of public participation in the program launched by the government especially Kampung Berkebun programs that have been implemented at the level of Rukun Warga (RW). Community Service activity is done by providing assistance to communities to manage organic waste in the local environment (communal scale-Rukun Tetangga) program to support the Urban Farming to utilize all potentials and resources that have been owned and has not been utilized properly.
Abstract. PT. X is a manufacturer of motorcycle accessories and parts. The company's social media is currently not optimal and left behind by competitors so that product sales do not reach the marketing target of brand awareness for SND Racing products, considering that social media is the marketing and promotion channel with the most users on the internet. This study aims to design a social media marketing strategy to increase brand awareness of SND Racing products with the scope of research from September 2012 to February 2021. The design of social media marketing strategies is carried out on the Facebook and Instagram platforms using the SOSTAC model. The performance of the social media marketing strategy design as measured using Keyhole.co analytics to find out the most frequent post types, the most interesting post types, optimal delivery times, best delivery times, optimal post lengths, hashtags based on interactions, and optimal hashtags to use as the basis for the proposal effective social media marketing strategy design. social media marketing strategy can provide a significant difference in increasing brand awareness compared to the previous year, as evidenced by the Wilcoxon signed-rank test hypothesis because H0 is rejected (Tcount (1) > Ttable (0)). Pemasaran media sosial perusahaan saat ini belum optimal dan tertinggal oleh kompetitor sehingga penjualan produk tidak mencapai target dikarenakan kesadaran merek untuk produk SND Racing masih rendah mengingat media sosial adalah saluran pemasaran dan promosi dengan pengguna terbanyak di internet. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang strategi pemasaran media sosial untuk meningkatkan kesadaran merek produk SND Racing dengan ruang lingkup penelitian pada bulan September 20120 sampai bulan Februari 2021. Perancangan strategi pemasaran media sosial dilakukan pada platform Facebook dan Instagram menggunakan model SOSTAC. Performa rancangan strategi pemasaran media sosial diukur menggunakan analitik Keyhole.co untuk mengetahui tipe kiriman paling sering, tipe kiriman paling menarik, waktu kirim optimal, waktu kirim terbaik, panjang kiriman optimal, tagar teratas berdasarkan keterlibatan, dan tagar optimal yang akan digunakan sebagai dasar usulan rancangan strategi pemasaran media sosial efektif. Rancangan strategi pemasaran media sosial dapat memberikan perbedaan signifikan terhadap peningkatan kesadaran merek dibandingkan tahun sebelumnya, dibuktikan oleh uji hipotesis Wilcoxon signed-rank test dikarenakan H0 ditolak (Thitung (1) > Ttabel (0)).
