Diabetes adalah penyakit kronis yang dipengaruhi oleh berbagai aspek seperti gaya hidup seperti pola makan dan aktifitas fisik sehingga membutuhkan perawatan berkelanjutan. Penatalaksanaan yang tidak efektif dapat menyebabkan komplikasi seperti Penyakit Arteri Perifer. Pemeriksaan Ankle Brachial Index dapat digunakan untuk mengetahui kondisi pembuluh darah ekstremitas bawah. Salah satu upaya pencegahan terjadinya Penyakit Arteri Perifer yaitu dengan Senam Kaki Diabetes. Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh senam kaki diabetes terhadap sirkulasi ke daerah kaki dengan menilai Ankle Brachial Index pada pasien Diabetes Melitus Tipe 2. Desain penelitian ini adalah pre eksperimen dengan rancanagn one-group pre test-post test. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan tehnik purposive sampling dengan jumlah 21 responden berdasarkan kriteria yang ditentukan. Analisis data univariat menggunakan distribusi frekuensi, sedangkan bivariat menggunakan Paired Sampel T-test. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa sebelum diberikan senam kaki diabetes sebagian kecil (14.3%) responden memiliki nilai Ankle Brachial Index normal (0.9 -1.4 mmHg). Setelah diberikan senam kaki diabetes, sebagian besar (71,4%) responden memiliki nilai Ankle Brachial Index normal yaitu (0.9 – 1.4 mmHg). Hasil Uji Statistik Paired Sampel T-Test dengan tingkat kepercayaan 95% (α=0,05) menunjukan (p –value 0,001) artinya terdapat pengaruh senam kaki diabetes terhadap nilai Ankle Brachial Index pada pasien Diabetes Mellitus Tipe 2. Senam kaki diabetes dapat terus dilaksanakan untuk meningkatkan sirkulasi ke daerah kaki pada pasien Diabetes Mellitus Tipe 2.
The purpose of this study is to determine the attributes considered by customers when saving at a Islamic Rural Bank (BPRS). The attributes analyzed were 8 (eight). The analytical tool used is the analysis of the Fishbein Multi-attribute importance. The population in this study are customers who use the BPRS KU savings product. The sample method used is purposive sampling with the criteria of customers who work as traders. The number of samples was 107 respondents. The results of the study found that the product attributes that customers consider when saving, from the most important to those considered less important, are: security assurance (first order), confidentiality assurance (second order), product quality (third order), service bank (fourth order), sharia principles (fifth order), profit sharing (sixth), bank location and physicality (seventh), bank image (eighth).
Sharia Bank of Jateng, Puwokerto is a sharia unit that was established in 2014, has a big challenge to expand market share both from the competition of Islamic and conventional banking in Purwokerto city. Maximizing sharia marketing is expected to be the strength of Sharia Bank of Jateng which aims to provide customers satisfaction. There are four item in sharia marketing that become guidelines for sharia marketers, Rabbaniyyah (Theistic), Akhlāqiyyah (Ethic), Al-Waqī'iyyah (Realistic) and Insāniyyah (Humanism). In this study, it examines the effect of sharia marketing and how the influence of sharia marketing value characteristics towards customer satisfaction. This research was conducted by distributing questionnaires to 100 customers by using purposive sampling. To find out how far the independent variables can affect the dependent variable, we using multiple linear regression. Based on the results of regression analysis that theistic beta values are 0.399, ethical at 0.498, realistic at 0.561, and humanist at 0.262 to customer satisfaction. Variables that are very dominant affecting customer satisfaction is realistic variables. Testing the hypothesis, it is known that theistic, ethical, realistic and humanist have a positive effect on customer satisfaction in saving at Sharia Bank of Jateng, Purwokerto.
This study aims to analyze students’ learning motivation on the implementation of Direct Instruction learning model in Muhammadiyah Pakem Senior High School. The research design used in this research is pre-experimental with a one-shot case study. The study sample consisted of all class X students with a total of 11 students. Sampling technique using is purposive sampling. Data collection techniques were carried out by questionnaires to measure students' learning motivation. The data analysis used is a descriptive analysis by calculating the percentage of the overall score on the learning motivation questionnaire. The results of the study were the level of students’ learning motivation in Muhammadiyah Pakem Senior High School in the high-very high category. The present of the teachers in the Direct Instruction learning model have a big role to develop students' learning motivation
The purpose of this study is to examine internship activities in Islamic financial institutions and humanitarian projects in improving the competence of graduates who have power in the world of work. This type of research is field research with research partners Bank Muamalat Purwokerto, KSU BMT Dana Mentari Purwokerto, and LAZISMU Banyumas Regency, while the data collection techniques are through observation, questionnaires, and interviews. This study indicates that the activities in the Independent Learning Campus (MBKM) curriculum of the Islamic Economics Law Study Program, Muhammadiyah University of Purwokerto have been going well and have had a positive impact on students and partners. Internships for Islamic financial institutions and humanitarian projects provide students with skills and competencies regarding product selling, product knowledge, communication skills, and humanitarian volunteer. Based on the evaluation results, students who take part in these two activities can increase motivation, skills, and behaviors that can affect future career plans (work) because they are in the world of work. In connection with efforts to increase graduate competence, it is carried out by increasing soft skills, namely by comprehensively understanding the entire series of internship activities for Islamic financial institutions and humanitarian projects, especially student activities that have met partner expectations, namely being diligent, communicative, active, and having competencies that are by partner needs.
