Stock returns experience movements based on fluctuating stock prices. This research aims to identify whether there is a disparity in stock returns before the year-end holidays and after the end of the year on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. This research method is carried out by collecting data on stock prices before the end of the year and stock prices after the end of the year from December 2016 to January 2021 by taking daily data (closing prices). The method of analysis used was SPSS software with descriptive statistics, normality test using Kolmogorov-Smirnov, and t test by using Paired Sample t-test. The outcome exhibit that the data were normally dispersed with the value of Asymp. Sig. 2-tailed of 0.200. In addition, the results of the hypothesis test with the t test resulted in a significance value of 0.636. This research indicates that there is no significant contrast in stock returns before & after the year-end holidays.
Perekonomian suatu negara salah satunya digerakkan oleh sektor perbankan. Saham-saham bank perlu memperhatikan beberapa rasio keuangan yang merepresentasikan kesehatan suatu bank. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Non Performing Loan dan Debt to Equity Ratio yang didapat dari Bursa Efek Indonesia terhadap harga saham BRI, BNI, dan Bank Mandiri dari tahun 2015 hingga 2018. Kemudian analisis dilakukan menggunakan software SPSS dengan melakukan uji asumsi klasik dan uji regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa seluruh data terdistribusi normal dan valid untuk dilakukan uji pengaruh dengan melihat signifikansinya. Pada uji regresi linear, dinyatakan bahwa NPL dan DER tidak berpengaruh terhadap harga saham dengan persamaan Y = 19496,11 – 2185,14X1 – 2063,982X2. Hal ini juga dipertegas dengan hasil koefisien determinasi sebesar 22,1%. Implikasi dari penelitian ini bahwa investor cenderung tidak melihat NPL dan DER pada laporan keuangan saham BRI, BNI, dan Bank Mandiri karena perusahaan-perusahaan tersebut cukup stabil dan kokoh secara fundamental sehingga kekhawatiran investor domestik dan luar negeri yakin bahwa perusahaan-perusahaan tersebut cukup kuat dan mampu bertahan dalam berbagai kondisi.
