In the present era of digital information, academic library professionals are required to perform creatively and innovatively. The purpose of this study was to explore and analyze the performance of academic librarians in fostering creativity and innovation in the digital era. This study used the descriptive qualitative method. Data were obtained through interviews and documentation, while the data analysis was conducted using the qualitative inductive approach. The results showed that university librarians carried some performances in fostering creativity and innovation in the present digital era. First, librarians carried out application-based library automation that was carried out to facilitate library services. Second, librarians created a library website. This website was needed to strengthen the position of the library in the digital era. Third, librarians made the library journal as a place to express their thoughts in the field of libraries and librarianship and even created an Online Journal System (OJS). Fourth, some librarians were able to show their existence by becoming resource persons or presenters in scientific activities in the field of libraries and librarianship. Fifth, librarians were able to implement e-libraries in both e-books and e-journals. This e-library would undoubtedly make it user easier for the user to access information because it was not limited to space and time. In conclusion, the digital era facilitates easy access and use of digital-based information. The librarian's creativity and innovation in this present digital era are needed to improve the librarian performance.

-The quality of the library service refers to the needs of users. Therefore, a good service is a service that can meet the needs and wishes of the user. Then a good library is a library which is able to provide services to every pemustaka quickly and accurately. Now the theory that is used in this study among others: service quality, the dimension of the quality of service, the determining factors in the quality of service and supervision. The discussion is a total quality services can be influenced by several factors among others: word of "communication, personal need, good past experience, external communications to customer. The conclusion is that there are several factors that can improve the quality of the service on an institution that is the purpose of the organization, incentive system that used the system accountability and power structures. As an institution that performs the activity of the ministry and the library has an obligation to continually improve the quality of the service in order to meet the needs of users. Pembahasannya adalah Kualitas total suatu jasa dapat dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor antara lain: word of mouth communication, personal need, past experience, external communications to customer. Kesimpulannya adalah Ada beberapa faktor yang dapat meningkatkan kualitas layanan pada sebuah lembaga yaitu tujuan organisasi, sistem insentif yang dipakai, sistem akuntabilitas dan struktur kekuasaan. Sebagai sebuah lembaga yang melakukan aktifitas pelayanan, maka perpustakaan berkewajiban untuk senantiasa meningkatkan kualitas layanannya, agar dapat memenuhi kebutuhan dari para pemustaka.
This paper aims to analyze the level of digital literacy ability of Library and Information Science students' class of 2016 in utilizing the e-resources of UIN Raden Fatah Palembang. This research is a descriptive study with a quantitative approach. Data were collected using questionnaires, observations, and documentation. The population in this study were all library students' class of 2016. The validity test used the Pearson product moment formula and the reliability test used the Cronbach alpha formula. The results of this study indicate that the analysis of digital literacy ability in utilizing e-resources of students is relatively high. The total average value of all sub-variables in this study was 3.95. With a scale of 0.8 the interpretation of the score in this study is 3.4-4.2 = High.
The history of Islamic education in Indonesia, apart from having a traditional character, not all women have had the opportunity to pursue education. The society paradigm considers that women are only weak creatures who do not need higher education. This has an impact on the role of women only in the domestic sphere, which does not have a broad role in the public sphere in society. Such social conditions moved the heart of a reformer figure in Islamic education from West Sumatra, named Rahmah el-Yunusiyah. The purpose of this study was to determine the sacrifice and struggle of Rahmah el-Yunusiah in the field of education and Rahmah el-Yunusiyah's views on the essence of Islamic religious education. She is the first female Islamic education figure to pay attention to the importance of education for women. She realizes that education is the main means to improve the position of women in the global life order. In this study using a qualitative approach. The method used is a research library. The data analysis technique used is content analysis. The result of this research shows that Rahmah el-Yunusiyah's dedication in Islamic education for women is that she founded the Diniyah school Puteri. According to him, religious education (Islam) according to him is the basis for the formation of human character, and becomes the essence for other activities.
