This study is aimed to identify in-depth experiences of pedagogics students who work as educator in the formal and informal educational institutions on the phenomenon of pedagogic in the era of industrial revolution 4.0. This study uses phenomenological research methods and data obtained from in-depth interview with four participants. Data analysis through the 'horizontalization' and 'cluster of meaning' stages. The results of the study include influences on education, challenges to education, and education which is relevant to the industrial revolution 4.0. Influence on education, namely early digitalization and computerization, increased employment and educational opportunities, digital communication and information in education, administration and digital learning, as well as changes in the paradigm of students' thinking. Along with these influences, challenges for education also arise in the era of industrial revolution 4.0, that is the fulfillment of facilities and infrastructures, limited human resources, students who have not been able to sort out things wisely, digital technology and internet addiction, as well as changes in the behavior and character of students. Education that is considered relevant is internet-based education and character education.

Internet telah menjadi teknologi yang banyak digunakan dalam kehidupan kita sehari-hari karena meningkatnya penggunaan internet saat ini. Baik pemasar internet maupun klien sendiri menikmati kenyamanan belanja online di mana mereka memiliki akses ke berbagai alat sosial dan berbelanja online. Sebagai social commerce yang memiliki reputasi mendunia, TikTok bukan satu-satunya pemain di sektor bisnis. Agar dapat bertahan di tengah persaingan digital yang cepat. Oleh karena itu akan dilakukan analisis dengan menggunakan S.W.O.T untuk mengidentifikasi kekuatan, kelemahan,peluang atau bahaya yang dapat terjadi di tiktok. Dari hasil tersebut, Anda dapat mencoba mengurangi kelemahan dan bahaya, serta meningkatkan kekuatan dan peluang yang dimiliki tiktok dengan mempraktikkan strategi S-O, WO, S-T, dan WT.

This article is aimed to describe the profile of educands in the digital era which obtained through the research of "Pedagogic in the Era of Industrial Revolution 4.0". The research method used is the phenomenology research method. Data were obtained through in-depth interviews with the Pedagogics Study Program students who work as educators. The results of the study include (1) Education 4.0: Digitalization of Education; (2) Challenges of Education 4.0; and (3) Education which is relevant to The Era of Industrial Revolution 4.0. Based on those findings of the research results, it is understood that the era of industrial revolution 4.0 is closely related to the development of the digital world which provides many opportunities and challenges, among others from the educands factor. The profile of educands in the digital era needs to be understood as the basis for considering the application of educational concepts which is relevant to the digital age. Through analysis of the research findings, the profile of the educands presented in this article, namely, the use of digital technologies and changes of educands' characters in the digital era. Educands use digitals technologies and internet access to obtain knowledge and information, socialize and for entertaining. However, the development of industrial revolution 4.0 also bringing changes in the educands' characters, which is the addiction to digital technologies and tend to underestimate something.
