The adoption of UN General Assembly resolution 70/193 which stipulates the International Year of Sustainable Tourism for Development 2017, coupled with the global pandemic conditions that have been running for the past two years (2019-2022), have encouraged many parties to start thinking about values and forms of tourism that are more environmentally and culturally friendly. However, recently Indonesia received international attention regarding environmental and social issues in its tourism development. This literature review paper begins by reviewing the history of sustainable tourism, continues by looking at the paradoxes and several different perspectives of sustainable tourism, then examines the paradigm of sustainable tourism in Indonesia, especially that from the government perspective. We found that sustainable tourism was not a new concept. The evolution of sustainable tourism over the past 40 years has given rise to a variety of different schools and paradigms. The ambiguity of sustainable tourism causes a development paradox, on the one hand, diffusion is formed between stakeholders to achieve a socio-economic-environmental balance, however, on the other hand, the growth of environmental impacts, socio-cultural and economic problems continue to occur in absolute terms. The initial legislation on sustainable tourism in Indonesia still refers to the resource-centric paradigm, however, there are indications that recent tourism development is leaning toward tourist-centric accommodating to environmental modification, while the principle values of the Constitution, local community wisdom, and the demands of the international community favored on the community-approach paradigm, which requires a substantive and comprehensive transformation of the tourism system in its implementation.
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui: (1) Perencanaan data digital dapodik, (2) Pengorganisasian data digital dapodik, (3) Pelaksanaan data digital dapodik, (4) Pengendalian data digital dapodik, (5) Evaluasi data digital dapodik. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Informan dalam penelitian ini yaitu kepala sekolah dan operator sekolah. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa pengelola dapodik Sekolah Menengah Atas Negeri 1 Tabunganen ini mengelola dapodik sekolah sudah sesuai prosedur yang berlaku. Perencanaannya terperinci dan memiliki tujuan yang jelas, pengorganisasiannya ditugaskan kepada yang menguasai dalam mengelola data digital dapodik, pelaksanaannya kerjasama tim yang kompak, pengendaliannya diawasi dengan baik dan sesuai kondisi nyata sekolah, dan proses evaluasi dari awal berjalannya kegiatan pengelolaan sampai kegiatan selesai permasalahan yang dihadapi selalu diselesaikan bersama dan disiplin waktu. Pengelolaan dapodik di Sekolah Menengah Atas Negeri 1 Tabunganen berjalan dengan cukup lancar, tidak ada masalah besar yang tidak bisa diatasi sejauh ini, dibuktikan dengan hasil lapangan yaitu data dapodik selalu siap untuk digunakan dan selalu sinkronisasi data ke server pusat tepat waktu, juga pembangunan sekolah yang semakin berkembang dan meningkat. Hal tersebut membuktikan bahwa sekolah selalu disiplin waktu sesuai aturan yang berlaku.
