- Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh Inflasi, Suku Bunga dan Nilai Tukar terhadap Harga Saham studi kasus pada perusahaan manufaktur otomotif terdaftar di bursa efek indonesia tahun 2012 – 2017, baik secara simultan maupun parsial. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pendekatan kuantitatif. Sampel penelitian yang digunakan yaitu PT. Astra Internasional Tbk. dan PT. Indomobil Sukses Internasional Tbk.. Data yang digunakan adalah data selama 6 tahun yaitu dari tahun 2012 sampai dengan 2017. Data kuantitatif yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah data inflasi, suku bunga, nilai tukar dan harga saham PT. Astra Internasional Tbk. dan PT. Indomobil Sukses Internasional Tbk. dengan data per bulan. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu analisis regresi liniear berganda menggunakan SPSS 24.00. Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan uji t (uji parsial) dan Uji F (uji simultan). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial Inflasi dan Suku Bunga tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap harga saham dan Nilai Tukar berpengaruh terhadap harga saham PT. PT. Astra Internasional Tbk. dan PT. Indomobil Sukses Internasional Tbk. tahun 2012-2017, sedangkan secara simultan menunjukkan bahwa Inflasi, Suku Bunga, dan Nilai Tukar berpengaruh signifikan terhadap harga saham PT. PT. Astra Internasional Tbk. dan PT. Indomobil Sukses Internasional Tbk. tahun 2012-2017.
AbstrakPengabdian masyarakat bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan penerapan manajemen sumber daya manusia guru yang terfokus pada proses pelatihan dan pengembangan sumber daya manusia guru di SMK Jakarta. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat berupa penyuluhan bagaimana peserta dapat mengembangkan keterampilan sesuai dengan perubahan teknologi, sehingga pekerjaan dapat diselesaikan lebih cepat dan efektif, Peserta dapat meningkatkan semangat kerja seluruh tenaga kerja dalam organisasi dengan komitmen organisasional yang lebih tinggi, Peserta dapat menyiapkan para karyawan yang berkompeten untuk lebih cepat masuk ke tingkat senior (promosi jabatan). Kegiatan dilakukan di sekolah tinggi ilmu ekonomi indonesi Jakarta berjalan dengan lancar dengan harapan yaitu guru -guru SMK Jakarta dapat mempraktekkan materi yang telah disampaikan. Guru -guru SMK Jakarta sadar akan pentingnya perubahan teknologi, hal ini dibuktikan dengan penyelesaian pekerjaan lebih cepat dan efisien dan semangat kerja yang tinggi.
This research examines the effect of commodity price on Sharia stock markets volatility in both the developed and developing countries. The current study explores the time series as analysis of economic variables and Sharia stock markets by applying the Generalized Autoregressive Conditional Heteroscedasticity (GARCH) model. The commodity price include world oil price and gold price. For representation of Sharia stock markets are Indonesia Sharia Index (ISSI), FTSE Bursa Malaysia Hijrah Sharia Index (FBMHS Index), S&P Japan 500 Sharia Index (SHJ Index), and S&P 500 Sharia Index (SHX Index). The daily data of the variables for the time period from 1st July 2011 to 31th May 2016 is used for the current study analysis. The ADF test is used to check the stationary in the data respectively. The results show that commodity price have substantial influence on the stock prices volatility. The commodity price on Sharia stock markets volatility in developed and developing countries and are consider as the best indicators for future prediction of the market and economy as well. The movement of commodity prices in the market can affect the movement of stock prices in the capital market.
This study aims to determine the effect of interpersonal relationships and work incentives on work motivation and organizational commitment of PT. Technology Karya Mandiri. The research sample was total all employees of 70 respondents. The method of collecting data through a questionnaire and used path analysis method using SmartPLS 3.0. Based on the results of the study, work motivation and organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on interpersonal relationships. Work motivation and organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on work incentives. Moreover, Organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on work motivation. Work motivation has a negative and not significant effect on interpersonal relationships through organizational commitment. Work motivation has a negative and not significant effect on work incentives through organizational commitment. This study gives implications to provide a knowledge and optimization of human resource management strategies. The enhancement of motivation and commitment can be well received by his subordinates and other continuous efforts are made to improve both operational improvement and continuous improvement to create a highly dedicated human resources management.
Investment is the exchange of money with other forms of wealth such as shares or immovable property expected to be held for a certain period of time in order to generate income. It is also sacrifice of property at this moment to acquire future assets. Investing in capital markets is one way for the capitalist community to make a profit quickly. Investment in financial assets is one form of investment other than investment in real assets. The purpose of this research is to know the effect of risk on the return of fund, to know beta value of mutual fund and to know the difference of mutual fund performance based on Sharpe, Treynor and Jensen method. The period of this research is 2006 -2010. The sample used is 13 equity funds or mutual funds. The results showed that risk has a significant effect on return, beta value of mutual fund is greater than one, and there is a significant difference of mutual fund performance.
