Penerapan supply chain management sangat diperlukan oleh industri konstruksi untuk meningkatkan daya saing yang berdampak pada kinerja perusahaan. Supply chain akan memberikan konstribusi terhadap efisiensi suatu pelaksanaan proyek, menurunkan biaya, dan memperbaiki penghantaran hasil akhir suatu produk atau jasa tepat waktu kepada pelanggan. Sehingga diharapkan dapat mempertahankan posisi bersaingnya dalam menghadapi kompetitor dan dapat meningkatkan kinerja perusahaan sesuai dengan target. Konsep penelitian ini, mengembangkan tiga dimensi supply chain management (aliran barang, uang, informasi), tiga dimensi daya saing (biaya, waktu, mutu) dan enam dimensi kinerja (biaya, waktu, kualitas, produktivitas, keselamatan kerja, lingkungan). Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner skala likert yang terdiri dari 44 indikator. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 202 responden. Data diolah menggunakan software LISREL 8.8 (15 Day Trial) yang dianalisis melalui confirmatory factor analysis Hasil menunjukkan bahwa pengaruh supply chain management terhadap daya saing adalah sebesar 0,50 atau 50%. Serta pengaruh supply chain management terhadap kinerja adalah sebesar 0,68 atau sebesar 68%. Sedangkan supply chain management berpengaruh besar dan signifikan terhadap kinerja melalui daya saing sebesar 0,14 atau 14%.
Financial risk is the company's risk associated with the outlay that should be paid out by the project in order for the project to operate. To minimize financial risk, cost estimation is required. Cost estimates are used to find out how much it will cost to build the project. At the cost estimation stage, it often doesn't involve uncertainty and risk factors, whereas risk and uncertainty are important factors that are unavoidable in project costs. To measure the consequences of the risks and uncertainties of project financing, a Monte Carlo simulation is used to model and analyze the system to get the best project cost estimate. This study was conducted to determine the maximum and minimum value of the project based on the unit price of materials and wages, to know the probability of project success as per cost in Project's Cost Budget Plan to the cost estimation result, and to find out the percentage of cost comparison that will be experienced by the project from Monte Carlo simulation method with Microsoft Excel and Crystal Ball Software. In this research, analysis is done on the minimum unit price, the maximum unit price obtained from the interview result and the most likely unit price taken from the cost budget plan. The Monte Carlo simulation is done using Microsoft Excel and Crystal Ball software. So the simulation will result in a more realistic probability distribution of estimated cost values. From the research results obtained a minimum value of Rp 68,133,682,809.47, the maximum value of Rp. 106,485,596,066,01 and the contract value of Project's Cost Budget Plan worth Rp. 96,805,087,332.74. The probability percentage of successful project implementation as per cost in cost budget plan is 100%. Projects can earn profit of 9,82 % by using the results of analysis from Microsoft Excel, and earn profit of 6,42 % by using Crystal Ball analysis results.
Abstrak: Dengan ditetapkannya Kelurahan Kubangsari sebagai desa budaya berdasarkan keputusan Wali Kota Cilegon nomor 430/Kep.631-Disparbud/2019, dipandang perlu untuk mengidentifikasi local advantage berupa atraksi kesenian dan wisata religi. Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat melalui pendekatan Focus Group Discussion (FGD) adalah melakukan penyusunan potensi desa untuk memunculkan jati diri dan keunikan budaya setempat dalam mewujudkan destinasi Desa Budaya di Kota Cilegon. Melalui metode pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif, in depth interview, participatory mapping terhadap objek potensi desa dengan cara menginventarisir, mengidentifikasi data dasar potensi budaya dengan melibatkan unsur lembaga: Bappedalitbang, Dinas Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan, Disperkim, Camat, Lurah, LPPM Untirta, Kelompok Sadar Budaya, kelompok masyarakat, tokoh masyarakat dan tokoh pemuda serta PKK. Hasil keputusan disepakati dalam dokumen berita acara FGD tanggal 10 November 2022 yang dihadiri 16 orang pemangku kepentingan. Berita acara tersebut berisi kesepakatan isu strategis dalam penataan kawasan desa budaya. Data yang sudah disepakati selanjutnya dapat dijadikan acuan dalam penyusunan masterplan kawasan, program pengembangan sarana prasarana lingkungan dan fasilitas pendukung, pelaksanaan pekerjaan perencanaan Detail Engineering Design.Abstract: With the designation of the Kubangsari Village as a cultural village based on the decision of the Mayor of Cilegon number 430/Kep.631-Disparbud/2019, it is deemed necessary to identify local advantages in the form of artistic attractions and religious tourism. The purpose of community service activities through the approach Focus Groups Discussion (FGD) is to organize village potential to bring out local identity and cultural uniqueness in realizing the destination of a Cultural Village in Cilegon City. Through the method of quantitative descriptive approach, in-depth interview, participatory mapping of village potential objects by taking inventory, identifying basic data on cultural potential by involving elements of institutions: Bappedalitbang, Education and Culture Office, Disperkim, Camat, Lurah, LPPM Untirta, Culture Awareness Groups, community groups, community leaders and youth leaders as well as the PKK. The results of the decision were agreed upon in the minutes' document of the FGD on 10 November 2022 which was attended by 16 stakeholders. The minutes of the event contains an agreement on strategic issues in structuring the cultural village area. The data that has been agreed upon can then be used as a reference in the preparation masterplan area, development program for environmental infrastructure and supporting facilities, implementation of planning work Detail Engineering Design.
Idealnya suatu daerah yang memiliki aset serta potensi sumber air bersih berasal dari mata air perlu adanya upaya perlindungan fungsi mata air untuk tetap berkelanjutan, salah satunya dengan melakukan kegiatan konservasi vegetatif. Kegiatan konservasi vegetatif dilakukan di sekitar mata air Cinyusu di Desa Tamansari Kabupaten Serang dengan menanam 120 bibit pohon. Bibit pohon yang ditanam adalah pohon jati bongsor (Anthocephalus cadamba); pohon mahoni (Swietenia mahagoni); pohon kayumanis (Cinnamomum verum); pohon kayu ulin (Eusideroxylon zwageri); dan pohon sengon (Albizia chinensis) yang diperoleh dari Dinas Kehutanan dan Perkebunan Provinsi Banten. Metode pendekatan Asset-Based Community Development (ABCD) diterapkan dengan mengikutsertakan masyarakat untuk peduli terhadap lingkungan serta memotivasi masyarakat luas untuk sama-sama bergerak mensosialisasikan manfaat penanaman pohon. Kegiatan konservasi vegetatif mampu menyelamatkan mata air Cinyusu dari zat berbahaya serta bakteri sehingga terpelihara kualitasnya. Memberikan dampak terhadap proses resapan air ke dalam tanah agar dapat memicu munculnya mata air baru sehingga keberadaannya selalu tersedia sepanjang waktu.
