Pembangunan secara berkelanjutan betujuan untuk mengatasi masalah kemiskinan, pengangguran serta mendorong kesejahteraan masyarakat. Kondisi pererkonomian Indonesia yang berusaha pulih dari krisis ekonomi dengan pertumbuhan rata-rata sebesar 4,5% per tahun perlu ditingkatkan lagi sehingga dapat menciptakan stabilitas perekonomian dan pembangunan yang berkelanjutan. Untuk itu perlu diketahui faktor-faktor apa saja yang mempengaruhi pertumbuhan ekonomi di Indonesia. Metode yang dipergunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu explanatory Research, dimana sumber data penelitian dari BPS Republik Indonesia yang meliputi data pertumbuhan ekonomi (PE) sebagai dependent variabel /(Y) serta Pengeluaran Pemerintah (PP), Angkatan Kerja (AK) dan Penanaman Modal Dalam Negeri (PMDN) sebagai independent variabel (X1,X2,X3). Selanjutnya data tersebut dianalisis secara kuantitatif menggunakan multiple linear regression untuk mengetahui pengaruh antara variabel-variabel tersebut sehingga akan diperoleh kejelasan fenomena yang terjadi di tataran empiris serta didapatkan jawaban (verificative) melalui pengujian hipotesis. Hasil analisis data pada penelitian periode tahun 2000-2019 didapatkan perkembangan secara rata-rata PE 5,3%, PP 0,86%, AK 1,82% dan PMDN 15,22% pertahun. Hasil analisis regresi didapatkan pengaruh parsial X terhadap Y yaitu X1 (1,427), X2 (0,52), X3 (2,140). Sedangkan hasil pengujian hipotesis secara simultan didapkan variabel Independent X,X2,X3 berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Y. Sedangkan hasil analisis secara parsial PP dan PMDN berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi Indonesia, sedangkan TK tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi
Bank konvensional kini telah banyak mendirikan atau membuka cabang yang bersifat syariah. Sebagai contoh, Bank Mandiri kini membuka Bank Syariah Mandiri sebagai bank yang menjalankan usahanya dengan berlandaskan pada prinsip syariah. Penelitian dengan judul analisis perbandingan kinerja perbankan syariah dengan perbankan konvensional bertujuan (1) mengetahui dan menganalisis perbedaan yang signifikan antara kinerja bank konvensional dengan bank syariah.; (2) untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis kinerja perbankan mana yang lebih baik antara perbankan syariah dan konvensional berdasarkan indikator yang ditentukan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan menggunakan data sekunder. Dari hasil penelitian terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara perbankan konvensional dengan perbankan syariah seperti tidak adanya bunga di perbankan syariah mengingat bunga diharamkan dalam syariat islam sebagai hal yang riba. Selanjutnya dari segi resiko dalam kredit konvensional nasabah tetap harus membayar full pinjaman dan bunga seperti yang telah disepakatin sebelumnya. Baik saat usahanya untung maupun rugi sedangkan kredit syariah jika akad yang digunakan adalah capital sharing, maka saat nasabah mengalami kerugian dalam usahanya, pihak bank akan ikut menanggung kerugian sesuai jumlah modal awal yang telah di sepakati.
The purpose of this study was to examine the direct influence of leaders who use the initiation structure leadership style on the goal clarity. This study also examined the indirect effect of the relationship between the leadership style of the initiation structure on the goal clarity that was mediated by subjective diagnostics and subjective interactive. This study was tested using a sample of 152 employees who work at manufacturing, service and trading companies located in the Jabodetabek area. The research data were obtained from questionnaires distributed to respondents and analyzed using structural equation modeling - partial least square (SEM-PLS) with WarpPLS 3.0 software. The results of this study found that the direct effect of the initiation structure leadership style has a significant positive effect on the clarity of objectives. On the other hand, the indirect influence by subjective diagnostic and subjective interactive is able to partially mediate the relationship between the leadership style of the initiation structure on the goal clarity.
This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of the human development index, population growth and the open unemployment rate on the poverty rate in Jambi Province. The type of data used in this study is quantitative data, while the source of data used in this study is secondary data from BPS Jambi Province. The object of this research is Jambi Province. This study uses time series data for 12 years, starting from 2010 to 2021. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression. The estimation results show that simultaneously the independent variables, namely the human development index, population growth and the open unemployment rate have a significant influence on the poverty level with a Prob value (F-statistic) of 0.00001. Partially, the independent variable human development index has a positive and significant effect on the poverty level in Jambi Province with a T value of 2.371967 and a probability value of 0.0451 or less than β0 = 0.05 (0.0451 < 0.05) and population growth has a positive and significant effect on the poverty rate in Jambi Province with a T count value of 2.235197 with a probability of 0.0558 or greater than β0 = 0.05 (0.0558 < 0.05), while the open unemployment rate has a negative and significant effect on the poverty rate in Jambi Province, the T count value is -1.541635 with a probability of 0.0356 or less than β0 = 0.05 (0.0356< 0.05).
The purpose of this research is to explain the analysis of the influence of work discipline and work motivation of Jambi employees (CV. Adeeva Construction Study) simultaneously and partially this type of research used in this research is associative research which aims to determine the relationship between two or more variables. The variables referred to in this study are variable X1 (Work Motivation), variable X2 (Work Discipline) and Y (Performance). The results of the study based on the results of multiple linear regressions proved that the variables of Performance, Discipline, and Motivation had a significant effect on Employee Performance (CV. Adeeva Construction Study). Based on the research results that are expected to be input, PT Adeeva should make performance performance a major part of the company so that the company's activities can run even better. And the need for motivation to all employees to work better in the future by giving rewards to employees who excel in order to motivate all employees to work better.
