Penelitian dilakukan secara kualitatif dengan studi kasus. Data penelitian diambil melalui wawancara mendalam dengan pengurus P2TP2A Jawa Barat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sosialisasi dilakukan dengan berbagai cara baik itu komunikasi antarpribadi, kelompok dan massa. Lembaga yang melakukan sosialisasi tidak tergantung hanya pada satu lembaga, namun bernagai lembaga ternyata melakukan sosialisasi dan upaya pencegahan dalam rangka mengurangi angka KDRT.
Information technology nowadays results in spreading information rapidly. Everyone can easily produce information quickly through several social media, such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, or mobile phone messages, such as WhatsApp, Telegram, etc. It is alarming if the information conveyed is inaccurate such as a hoax with a highly provocative title, leading the reader and recipient to obtain a negative opinion. For fighting hoaxes and preventing their negative impacts, the government has adequate legal protection named ITE Law. Apart from the legal product, the government also forms the National Cyber Institution. For example, in West Java, the government has formed West Java Clean Sweep Team (Saber) for Hoaxes, in charge of verifying information distribution in public. The team is built as proactive efforts of the West Java Provincial Government to secure the residents of West Java from disseminating fake news. This article examines how the West Java Saber Hoaxes Team carried out a strategy to minimize the dissemination of fake news (hoaxes) on social media. The research used descriptive studies through in-depth interviews on West Java Saber Hoaxes Team. The result of the research showed that strategies conducted by this team are monitoring, receiving complaints, and educating the public.
A participatory development philosophy has shifted the traditional linear development. Through the new development principles, hopefully, members of village might actively participate in development process. The program called Community Action Plan (CAP) based on community participation releases document such as Mid-term Development Plan on the level of village. Communication system is needed to help people transforming their goals, values, and cultural beliefs into the plan.
The research background was based on the existence of internet facility through PLIK program on line, had made the community entered to the global information network. The society has a facility to access and gain various information, data, knowledge and networking unlimitedly via telephone communication and internet. But the implementation program in reality is differed. This research used case study method to the PLIK organizer which spread in town/regency in West Java. The aim of Research is to knot The implementaion , the obstacle and the Solutions of PLIK dissemination. The result of this research showed that the implementation can be categorized done by PLIK organizer to overcome the obstacles. They did a report to local government, to PLIK operator into three types. They are passive PLIK, stagnant PLIK and creative PLIK
Many children have become violence victim, not receive affection, protected including not attending school. Some of effort in preventing from violence is starting from the family. Therefore, this study is aimed for the effectiveness of interpersonal communication that is conducted by the parents with children in Bandung city, in order to prevent the violence against children. The case study used in this research, on the grounds that every area is different to each other because it certainly has a different culture. The respondent sample that we made a survey is 100 people. Results showed that parents in Bandung city are doing most of openness in communicating with their children, particularly related to violence that might exist in the child’s environment. In addition, they have a positive attitude towards the association of children. Empathy in children is showing from their parents in order to prevent from violence. Equality in family is done by their parents in Bandung city to open the space for child participation, so that the children will open to their parents for asking something or to tell a various things.
