The purpose of this research is to know how much the significance of the price, facilities and services have been conducted, influence consumer satisfaction, either partially or simultaneously. Research using quantitative descriptive approaches, and rules for collecting information on poll use, where data analysis techniques with multiple regression analysis methods. Sample size in research of 80 respondents, with sampling method using probability sampling ordinance. The results found that prices, facilities and services are partially and simultaneously have significance to consumer satisfaction, during the Covid-19 pandemic. These results show that Hotel management needs to consider how facilities and employee interactions with Hotel consumers can be managed to satisfy consumer satisfaction, which will take them to receive premium prices charged by the Hotel. This study will allow the Lotus Garden Hotel Resort to be even better.
Harmony Kediri The Service City adalah merek kota yang dirilis Kediri pada pertengahan 2016. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui bagaimana implementasi layanan publik di Dispendukcapil Kediri berdasarkan Harmony Kediri The Service City brand. Metode penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara dengan tiga birokrat dispendukcapil dan tiga orang Kediri yang telah melakukan pencatatan data lebih dari satu kali (sebelum dan sesudah merek dirilis). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa setelah merek Harmony Kediri The Service City, perubahan kebijakan pelayanan publik di dispendukcapil Kediri dapat dilihat dari prosedur pelayanan, persyaratan layanan, kompetensi personel layanan, proses layanan cepat, inovasi-layanan, inovasi dan pemenuhan fasilitas yang cukup nyaman. Hasilnya juga menunjukkan keberhasilan memposisikan Harmoni Kediri The Service City sebagai merek Kota di Kediri.

The purpose of this study is to find out SWOT analysis to improve new innovation strategies that can be applied to Nganjuk Shift Screen Printing to be developed in the t-shirt screen printing industry, as well as to find out the implementation of the 4P marketing mix strategy that can help Nganjuk Shift Screen Printing in increasing competitiveness in the t-shirt screen printing industry. . Data was collected through interviews with informants who had been selected by the researcher. The results of this research are expected to be one of the references and inputs for developing innovation strategies and marketing strategies in order to increase sales after the Covid-19 pandemic. Innovation strategies to increase competitiveness in Screen Printing Shift can be carried out through new innovations in SWOT analysis and marketing mix. Tujuan dari pengabdian ini adalah untuk memberikan pendampingan kepada warga dalam membuat olahan nanas dengan pemanis alami Stevia. Metode yang dilakukan oleh tim memiliki beberapa tahap yaitu tahap perizinan, pemetaan potensi, reduksi dan FGD, pendampingan pembuatan olahan produk nanas. Inti dari kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah dengan FGD yang kemudian praktik membuat olahan nanas dengan stevia serta pendampingannya. Hasil dari pengabdian ini adalah masyarakat dapat menanam sendiri bibit stevia yang kemudian dapat dimanfaatkan untuk pemanis minuman sari nanas, yang merupakan potensi diwilayah tersebut.
