A scaffolding is a construction helper on building construction work. The scaffolding is made when the building work occupies a height of more than 2 meters and can not be reached by the workers. Because of the availability of galam wood in Banjarmasinis increasingly rare, thus the search for alternative material for scaffolding that is more durable, easier to get and can be used repeatedly is necessary to conduct. One of them is iron scaffolding. This research calculated and compared the cost of using galam wood scaffolding and iron scaffolding in the purchase price and rental price to find out which type of scaffolding is more economical to use. The method used in this research was descriptive method and comparative method . The locations of data retrieval were on the construction of Central Bureau of Statistics Office (BPS) South Kalimantan Province on Jl Trikora Banjarbaru and 3-storey building on Jl. Banua Anyar Banjarmasin. Based on the calculation in the area of 1m2 the cost of galam wood scaffolding work of Rp. 147,057,81, -, the iron scaffolding work in rental price of Rp. 201,033,81 and the cost of iron scaffolding in the purchase price of Rp. 2,214,161,06 obtained. These results showed that the cost of galam wood scaffolding work 26.85% cheaper than the iron scaffolding in the rental price and 15 times the cost of iron scaffolding in the purchase price. Hutan semakin lama semakin berkurang dengan cepat sehingga kayu pun semakin langka. Kayu bekisting semakin lama semakin sulit didapat menjadikan kebutuhan kayu terus meningkat. Seiring dengan perkembangan teknologi konstruksi, salah satu langkah untuk menghemat penggunaan bekisting adalah dengan menggunakan sistem bekisting modern seperti Peri Sistem ataupun menggunakan bekisting plywood. Penelitian yang dilakukan menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif dengan cara menjelaskan dan menghitung penggunaan bekisting kayu, plywood, dan Peri Sistem (Sistem Lico). Serta penelitian komparatif yang bersifat membandingkan perbedaan biaya antara penggunaan bekisting kolom tersebut. Hasil perhitungan didapat biaya penggunaan bekisting kayu perkolom Rp. 1.015.350,00 biaya penggunaan bekisting plywood perkolom Rp. 1.259.350,00 biaya penggunaan bekisting Sistem Lico (harga beli) perkolom Rp. 33.273.680,00 serta biaya penggunaan bekisting Sistem Lico (harga sewa) perkolom Rp. 8.864.150,00. Dari hasil tersebut terdapat selisih perbandingan biaya yang cukup jauh antara bekisting kayu, plywood, dan Sistem Lico (dalam harga sewa) yaitu 1 : 1 : 8.
Masih banyak sebagian orang yang belum memenuhi kebutuhan kepemilikan rumah karena faktor ekonomi bagi masyarakat yang berpenghasilan rendah dan juga faktor dari bencana alam sehingga diperlukan rancangan bangunan yang memenuhi standar dengan kualitas baik dan harga terjangkau seperti rumah dengan teknologi RISHA. Dari permasalahan tersebut maka pada penelitian ini akan dilakukan penelitian mengenai perbandingan rencana anggaran biaya (RAB)Rumah Instan Sederhana Sehat (RISHA) dengan rumah konvensional tipe 36 pada salah satu perumahan di wilayah Banjarmasin Timur. Metode deskriptif dan komparatif digunakan dalam penyelesaian penelitian ini. Kedua metode ini digunakan untuk menggambarkan semua data yang kemudian dianalisa dan dibandingkan berdasarkan kenyataan secara langsung. Hasil rencana anggaran biaya (RAB)untuk rumah konvensional sebesar Rp122.355.689 (Seratus Dua Puluh Dua Juta Tiga Ratus Lima Puluh Lima Ribu Enam Ratus Delapan Puluh Sembilan Rupiah) dan hasil rencana anggaran biaya (RAB)rumah RISHA sebesar Rp. Rp119.640.109,00 (Seratus Sembilan Belas Juta Enam Ratus Empat Puluh Ribu Seratus Sembilan Rupiah) dengan selisih rencana anggaran biaya (RAB) antara kedua rumah tersebut sebesar Rp2.715.580,00 (Dua Juta Tujuh Ratus Lima Belas Ribu Lima Ratus Delapan Puluh Rupiah) dengan perbandingan sebesar 2,22%. Abstract There are still many people who have not met the needs of home ownership due to economic factors for low income people and also factors from natural disasters so that building designs that meet standards of good quality and affordable prices such as houses with RISHA technology are needed. From these problems, this research will conduct a research on the comparison of the budget plan of Simple Healthy Instant Homes (RISHA) with conventional houses of type 36 in one housing complex in East Banjarmasin. Descriptive and comparative methods are used in the completion of this research. Both of these methods are used to describe all data which is then analyzed and compared based on reality directly. The results of the planned budget for a conventional house of Rp122,355,689,00 (One Hundred Twenty Two Million Three Hundred Fifty Five Thousand Six Hundred Eighty Nine Rupiah) and the results of RISHA's housing cost budget plan of Rp119.640.109,00 (One Hundred Nineteen Million Six Hundred Forty Thousand Hundred Nine Rupiah) with the difference in the planned budget between the two houses amounting to Rp2.715.580,00 (Two Million Seven Hundred Fifteen Thousand Five Hundred Eighty Rupiah) at a ratio of 2.22%.

Engineering software or engineering program is a program created to help humans complete various kinds of calculations in the field of engineering. On this occasion, we carried out community service to SMKN2 students in Banjarmasin to provide understanding and skills about making applications or programs related to engineering, especially in the field of mechanical engineering. This service is carried out by providing training in making interactive applications in the field of mechanical engineering. The training method used is a combination of theory and practice, starting with a basic understanding of programming, introduction of identifiers, introduction of variables and introduction of IDE (Integrated Development Environment) so that it is expected to provide students with an understanding of the material presented. Students will also be given various kinds of calculation cases in the engineering field that the program application will be made to be able to complete these calculations easily and quickly. The target of community service is technical programming training services and publications in national service journals.
Kepemilikan rumah untuk tempat tinggal merupakan kebutuhan tak terelakkan yang harus dipenuhi oleh setiap keluarga. Pertumbuhan penduduk di Banjarmasin yang semakin meningkat dan keterbatasan daya beli, hal ini menjadikan permintaan rumah tipe 36 sangat tinggi. Pengembang(developer) sebagai penyedia jasa perumahan berusaha memenuhi harapan konsumen untuk membangun rumah tipe 36 dengan harga terjangkau namun tetap memperhatikan kualitas, keindahan dan kenyamanan bagi penghuninya. Rumah tipe 36 ditawarkan dengan berbagai varian bentuk rancangan denah dan tampilannya sehingga konsumen binggung dalam menentukan pilihan. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh bentuk rancangan denah terhadap volume pekerjaan dan biaya pembangunan rumah tipe 36. Denah rumah tipe 36 diambil dari Perumahan di wilayah Banjarmasin Selatan. Berdasarkan gambar kerja masing-masing bentuk rancangan denah dihitung volume kerjanya kemudian dianalisis Rencana Anggaran Biaya (RAB) menggunakan SNI tahun 2016. Dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif dan komparatif harga rumah masing-masing bentuk rancangan denah dibandingkan. Hai ini dapat menjadi acuan bagi pengembang untuk menentukan pilihan rancangan denah rumah tipe 36 dengan harga terjangkau oleh konsumen. Berdasarkan analisis Rencana Anggaran Biaya untuk rancangan dengah rumah tipe 36 Perumahan Mahatama memiliki harga yang paling ekonomis yaitu Rp. 225.790.322 dengan selisih harga 7,83 %.
