This study aims to identify factors that influence KRL Users to choose the advanced mode of transportation used to reach their final destination. The method used in this study is quantitative and multinomial logistic regression. Calculations with multinomial logistic regression, in general, show slightly different results. In addition, trans-Jakarta public transportation modes tend to be more attractive to KRL users at Juanda Station for advanced modes of transportation. Some recommendations for determining continued travel with criteria for time, convenience, and cost, including 1) Pedestrians need to improve their comfort variables, so it is necessary to build better pedestrian paths. 2) Online motorcycle taxis need to build shelters/places to get on and off passengers in the Juanda station area to make it easier for users to use the online motorcycle taxi mode. 3) Transjakarta buses need to sterilize the Transjakarta route, considering the dense traffic on the road to the station, so there are no delays and queues on trans Jakarta buses. 4) Further studies need to be carried out on the other railway stations and need to be studied in more detail by paying attention to the variable level of service yang others.

Jumlah UMKM dari Program Kolaborasi Sosial Berskala Besar (KSBB) Pemerintah DKI Jakarta yang terlihat di website corona DKI Jakarta sebanyak 3.218 UMKM dan terbagi menjadi 3 jenis UMKM, yaitu UMKM Kuliner, UMKM Sandang, dan UMKM Kerajinan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis deskriptif kualitatif yang difokuskan pada strategi pengembangan pemberdayaan usaha UMKM. Penelitian untuk menganalisis hubungan antara masing-masing faktor yang mempengaruhi dan UMKM ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan analisis korelasi berdasarkan sampel purposive dan studi literatur dari data statistik di Badan Pusat Statistik Republik Indonesia. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa model spasial lebih akurat daripada regresi klasik dan dapat menentukan hubungan antara UMKM dengan variabel lainnya. Nilai Korelasi R2 dengan regresi Klasik dan Spatial Lag masing-masing sebesar 66,2% dan 70,1% dan UMKM tersebut dipengaruhi secara positif oleh variabel Lokasi pendampingan UMKM dan Jumlah Pedagang. Ini juga merupakan hasil yang sama dengan diagram scatterplot. Pemda DKI Jakarta dapat menentukan strategi yang tepat di lokasi yang harus mendapatkan perhatian lebih terhadap pertumbuhan UMKM ke depan.

The concept of e-commerce certainly provides advantages or advantages in its use when compared to conventional concepts. Some of the advantages or advantages of e-commerce are that information can be obtained in more detail, quickly without any time limits, including places and the transaction process is much easier to do. This study uses a descriptive method with a normative approach to obtain data. The collected data will be analyzed using qualitative analysis, which is described in sentences. The purpose of this research is to find out the role of e-commerce in the era of globalization and how people use or take advantage of e-commerce .
