The development of science at the moment with rapid technological advances to be applied in all areas. In addition to the creation of computers and the advancement of the current Internet network is also equipped with a web-based application that can be used to disseminate information quickly. Based on the research that has been done and taking data samples at the Office of the Governor of West Sumatra by using Action Research methods, libraries and laboratories, it is known that the Content Management System that researchers designed can be used as news portals that are able to disseminate information. Designing a Content Management System that uses the Codeigniter Framework, is able to provide ease in the development of the system in the future and can be used to build other website applications based Rapid Application Development. Deep learning models are more often used in the medical field as a result of the rapid development of machine learning, graphics processing technologies, and accessibility of medical imaging data. The convolutional neural network (CNN)-based design, adopted by the medical imaging community to assist doctors in identifying the disease, has exacerbated this situation. This research uses a qualitative methodology. The information used in this study, which explores the ideas of deep learning and convolutional neural networks (CNN), taken from publications or papers on artificial intelligent (AI) Convolutional neural networks has been used in recent years for the analysis of medical image data. CNN's development of its machine learning roots is traced in this study. We also provide a brief mathematical description of CNN as well as the pre-processing process required for medical images before inserting them into CNN. Using CNN in many medical domains, including classification, segmentation, detection, and localization, we evaluate relevant research in the field of medical imaging analysis. It can be concluded that CNN's deep learning view of medical imaging is very helpful for medical parties in their work
Pemerintah Provinsi Sumatera Barat mulai menerapkan Sistem Pemerintahan Berbasis Elektronik (SPBE) di semua lini perangkat daerah, terutama untuk menunjang kebutuhan informasi dan komunikasi yang ada pada lingkup Provinsi Sumatera Barat, serta mewujudkan tata kelola pemerintahan dan pelayanan publik yang bersih, efektif, efisien, akuntabel dan terpercaya. Salah satu Organisasi Perangkat Daerah yang membutuhkan sistem informasi dalam menunjang pekerjaannya adalah Dinas Perhubungan Provinsi Sumatera Barat, khususnya untuk angkutan penyebrangan di pelabuhan Bungus. Selama ini informasi yang didapatkan oleh masyarakat mengenai jadwal keberangkatan dan kedatangan kapal Padang munuju Mentawai atau sebaliknya hanya bisa didapatkan dengan datang langsung ke Pelabuhan Bungus. Dengan kondisi yang masih bersifat manual dalam pemrosesan informasi penjadwalan kapal, maka dibuatlah sebuah aplikasi berbasis online yang menggunakan metode waterfall dalam menganalisa alur sistem didalamnya, serta bahasa pemrograman <em>php</em> dan <em>Framework Code Igniter.</em> Dalam membangun struktur perancangan system berorientasi objek, pemodelan yang digunakan yaitu Unified Modelling Language (UML) dan memakai database MySQL untuk penyimpanan data. Sehingga seluruh data yang sudah dientrikan oleh operator tersimpan aman di dalam database. Pengimplementasian dari aplikasi yang di bangun memudahkan operator dalam mengentrikan data penjadwalan kapal Padang dan Mentawai
Sistem pakar merupakan cabang dari kecerdasan buatan dan juga merupakan bidang ilmu komputer yang muncul seiring perkembangan ilmu komputer saat ini. Sistem ini bekerja untuk mengadopsi pengentahuan manusia ke komputer yang menggabungkan dasar pengetahuan (knowledge base) dengan sistem inferensi untuk mengantikan fungsi seorang pakar dalam menyelesaikan suatu masalah. Pada penelitian ini jenis kepiting yang akan di diagnosa adalah kepiting soka, Kepiting soka (soft cell crabs) merupakan kepiting pada fase ganti kulit (molting) atau kepiting cangkang lunak. Permasalahan yang timbul terhadap kepiting soka dalam proses pemeliharaan dikarenakan faktor penyakit, Munculnya gangguan penyakit pada kepiting merupakan resiko yang harus selalu diantisipasi. Untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut, maka di terapkanlah suatu sistem pakar untuk mendiagnosa penyakit pada kepiting soka menggunakan metode certainty factor dimana dari sistem ini masyarakat dapat mengetahui tentang cara menangani masalah penyakit pada kepiting soka dan memberikan kemudahan bagi masyarakat dalam proses implementasinya.
In May 2022, it has received by WHO reports from non-endemic countries on cases of monkey pox disease. Monkey pox is a rare zoonotic disease caused by infection with the monkeypox virus that belongs to the genus orthopoxvirus and the family poxviridae, and also the variola virus. This study aims to classify patients who have contracted the monkey pox virus. We modeled an analysis of monkey pox disease and conducted comparisons utilizing a dataset from Kaggle consisting of a CSV file with records for 25,000 patients. The monkey pox dataset was analyzed using the correlation coefficient and the number of target variables. Machine learning (ML) methods are used for classification by utilizing the K-Nearest Neighbor (KNN), Support Vector Machine (SVM), Random Forest (RF), and Gradient Boosting (GB) algorithms. This study resulted in the highest classifier Gradient Boosting (GB) algorithm with an accuracy value of 71%. then the accuracy obtained by Support Vector Machine (SVM) is 69%, Random Forest (RF) accuracy is 68%, and finally K-Nearest Neighbor (KNN) obtains 63% accuracy. This ML method is expected to analyze monkey pox disease so that it helps the country and government, especially the health field in assessing, identifying, and being able to take appropriate action against monkey pox disease.
