Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menguji pengaruh inflasi yang diukur dengan pertumbuhan inflasi, Biaya operasional terhadap pendapatan operasional (BOPO), dan pangsa pasar yang diukur dengan pangsa pembiayaan terhadap Return On Asset (ROA) Bank Syariah di Indonesia. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini diperoleh dari laporan keuangan publikasi Bank Indonesia, serta laporan publiksai bank syariah melalui website. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 9 bank syariah. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi linier berganda dimana sebelumnya data telah diuji dengan pengujian asumsi klasik meliputi normalitas data, heteroskedastisitas, multi kolinieritas dan auto korelasi. Selama periode pangamatan menunjukan bahwa data penelitian berdistribusi normal. Berdasarkan uji normalitas, uji multi kolinearitas, uji heteros kedastisitas, dan uji auto korelasi tidak ditemukan variabel yang menyimpang dari asumsi klasik. Hal ini menunjukkan data yang tersedia telah memenuhi syarat menggunakan model persamaan regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel inflasi dan pangsa pasar tidak menunjukkan pengaruh signifikan terhadap ROA. Variabel BOPO berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap ROA. Kemampuan prediksi dari ketiga variabel tersebut terhadap ROA dalam penelitian ini sebesar 93.9% sedangkan sisanya dipengaruhi faktor lain yang tidak dimasukkan ke dalam model penelitian. This study aims to determine the effect of Integrated Marketing Communication and Brand Equity on Consumer Loyalty on CV. Motorcycle Selling Air Haji Branch. The variables in this study are Integrated Marketing Communication (X1), Brand Equity (X2) and Consumer Loyalty (Y). 78 respondents were used, the sampling technique used was purposive sampling method. Data collection used questionnaires, while data analysis techniques were carried out using multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that the integrated marketing communication variables had a positive and significant effect (0.047 <0.05) on consumer loyalty decisions. Brand equity variables have a positive and significant effect on consumer loyalty (0.003 <0.05). It is expected that the next researcher will be able to use research as a reference which will provide a comparison in conducting further research and beneficial for companies.
The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of service quality and customer satisfaction partially and simultaneously on the customer loyalty of the Padang city PDAM. The research method used is descriptive quantitative. The sampling technique used is non-probability sampling method with accidental sampling so that from the population a sample of 100 respondents was taken, the data collection method used was observation, questionnaire and literature rieview. Data analysis techniques used are classical assumptions, multiple linear regression, t test, F test and detemination coefficient. Based on multiple regression analysis, service quality and customer satisfaction variables on customer loyalty get Y = 1,493 + 0,408X1 + 0,059 X2 + 0,481X3- 0,038 X4 + 0,192 X5 + 0,114 X6 + e. From the t test, it was found that tangible had a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty of PDAM Kota Padang. Variable reliability does not affect the customer loyalty of PDAM Kota Padang. The variable responsiveness has a positive and significant effect on the customer loyalty of PDAM Kota Padang. The assurance variable does not affect the customer loyalty of Padang City PDAM. Variable empathy has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty of PDAM Kota Padang. Satisfaction variables have a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty of PDAM Kota Padang. From the results of the F test, it is proven that the variables of service quality and customer satisfaction simultaneously have a significant and positive effect on customer loyalty PDAM Padang city, while the results of the determination coefficient obtained the ability of independent variables explain the dependent variable of 28.7% the remaining 71.3% is explained by other variables which is not used in this study, it is expected that Padang City PDAM can provide the best quality service to customers so that the customer is satisfied with the services proviuded so as to increase customer loyalty and for further researchers the authors suggest, in order to increase the number of respondents to be used, as well as carried out with a longer time span, so that the research done is better than tthe results of this study.
This research was conducted in order to determine the effect of leadership style and discipline to employee performance that is mediated by the motivation to work on Tanah Datar District Education Office. The instrument used in this study was a questionnaire consisting of a number of statements about leadership style, work discipline, employee performance and motivation. This study used a sample of incidental sampling, where the entire population is taken overall research officer working as many as 72 people. Data analysis techniques used in this study is a simple linear regression test multilevel linear regression. Simple linear regression test is used to determine the effect of leadership style on employee performance, the effect of labor discipline on employee performance, the effect of work motivation on employee performance, and for linear regression stratified namely the effect of leadership style on employee performance mediated by motivation and influence of labor discipline against employee performance mediated by work motivation. The results showed that the leadership style positive and significant impact on performance, discipline, positive and significant impact on performance, motivation positive and significant impact on the performance, leadership style positive and significant effect on performance mediated by motivation and discipline positive and significant impact on performance mediated by motivation.this research is exspectedto further research.
