Indonesia was affected by a new epidemic namely the covid-19 virus. Covid-19 has become a pandemic because the number of confirmed cases in Indonesia continues to increase, so Indonesia urgently needs procedures for controlling and preventing the covid-19 pandemic. This paper aims to analyze the steps Indonesia has taken in dealing with covid-19. The method used by the authors is literature review.The results obtained that Indonesia has implemented many policies in controlling and preventing covid-19. However, the policy must also be supported by public awareness and a good health system.
Since the beginning of 2020 precisely in March, Indonesia has been horrified by one of the phenomena that is the covid-19 pandemic. As of August 2020, the total number of cases in Indonesia was 165,887 with 7,169 deaths in 34 provinces. The spread and increase in the number of covid-19 cases occurred at a very rapid time will have an impact on indonesia's economic downturn. This research aims to find out the policies that have been done by the government to deal with the current outbreak and see the economic impact that occurs in Indonesia. This research shows that policies made by the government in the handling of covid-19 can indirectly lead to a slowdown in economic growth in Indonesia. The impact on the economic sector due to the covid-19 pandemic in Indonesia, among others, layoffs, the onmath of Indonesia's MANUFACTURING PMI, the decline in imports, the increase in prices (inflation) as well as losses in the tourism sector caused a decrease in occupancy. As a result of this, the Indonesian government is expected to be more efficient in addressing the economic downturn in Indonesia resulting from the covid-19 pandemic.
The health system is a term that includes personal, institutions, financing, information, commodities and Government governance strategy in providing prevention and treatment services to the community. The health system was created with the aim of can respond to the needs and expectations of the community-owned healthcare in fulfillment of a fair and equitable. Then, good healthcare in developing countries as well as developed countries do need a reform, reorientation, and revitalization. This study aimed to know the comparison of health systems in developed and developing countries. Analysis study of the writing is done through literature review. Developing countries and developed countries experienced many challenges in building a strong health system and reliable. Health systems in developed countries look better compared to developing countries, it can be seen from the public health status and health problems. Health systems in each country vary greatly, but one has the same objective namely to enhance public health degrees extended. Every developed country or developing country has pros and cons of each of any health system that has been applied. The success of a health system of a country depends on the spirit, dedication, perseverance, hard work, good teamwork, ability (Human Resources, facilities), the sincerity of the organizers, as well as the participation of the community in order to achieve Universal Health Coverage in increasing degrees of better public health.
Health services require hospitals to provide quality services in accordance with the needs and desires of patients with reference to the code of ethics profession. Hospital demand in providing good service quality can improve the degree of patient satisfaction. Patient satisfaction is a common problem that often occurs in the hospital. This study aims to determine the effect of human resources service on patient satisfaction and see the ratio of the level of satisfaction between general patients and BPJS. This research is a comparative and with cross sectional approach. The sample in this study were general patients and BPJS who treated in outpatient installation as 108 respondents using chi-square statistical test and T test. The results showed that there were eight variables related to patient satisfaction level, namely educational level (p=0,0001), job status (p=0.0001), membership status (p=0,001), Service of human resources (p=0.0001), Service procedures (p=0.0001), Service of pharmacy (p=0.0001), Comfort (p=0,012), And patient relationship with hospital staff (p=0,0001) and there was difference of satisfaction level between general patient and BPJS (p=0.0001). Human resources services affect the level of patient satisfaction and there is difference of satisfaction level between general patient and BPJS. Suggestions for hospitals to continuously evaluate services by implementing the Plan Do Check Act (PDCA) cycle, so that the shortcomings that occur during the service process can continue to be minimized.
The concept of complete mental health efforts is the handling of health problems and its foundation includes community mental health efforts, supported by basic mental health services and strengthened integrated referral mental health services. Most of ODGJ have not gotten health care. Not yet optimal mental health services indirectly affect the success rate of health development. This research aims to analyse the implementation of community-based mental health services in Palembang. Methods of research with qualitative design, informant in the research is chosen purposive. Data retrieval techniques with in-depth interviews to 12 informant, observation and study of documents. Triangulation is done in the form of triangulation of source, method and data. Results showed that the low public awareness of mental health is still low because of the high level of negative stigma of society and low public knowledge that can impact on the support that will be provided by Family. So the empowerment of community needs to reach people to access mental health services. This research suggests that there is a proactive stance from the public health center to reach people throughout their workforce by reproducing activities outside the public health center, strengthening cross-sector cooperation and empowering community.
