Penelitian untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas layanan sebagai variabel independen pertama dan kepercayaan sebagai variabel independen kedua terhadap loyalitas pelanggan produk UMKM sebagai variabel dependen. Metode Survey melibatkan responden melalui teknik pengambilan sampel yang purposive non random sampling sejumlah 40 konsumen yang pernah menggunakan layanan pembelian UMKM Kuliner di wilayah Cileungsi secara online. Data primer diperoleh dengan menyebarkan kuesioner. Beberapa uji diterapkan berupa instrumen kuesioner, normalitas, dan regresi berganda. Beberapa temuan dalam penelitian adalah kedua variabel independen yaitu kualitas layanan sebagai independen pertama dan kepercayaan sebagai variabel independen kedua berpegaruh positif terhadap loyalitas sebagai variabel dependen. Abstract Research to determine the effect of service quality as the first independent variable and trust as the second independent variable on customer loyalty of MSME products as the dependent variable. The survey method involved respondents through a purposive non-random sampling technique of 40 consumers who had used online MSME culinary purchasing services in the Cileungsi area. Primary data obtained by distributing questionnaires. Several tests were applied in the form of a questionnaire instrument, normality, and multiple regression. Some of the findings in the study are that the two independent variables, namely service quality as the first independent and trust as the second independent variable, have a positive effect on loyalty as the dependent variable.
Penelitian ini dilakukan karena adanya dugaan permasalahan yang ada di Dinas Penanaman Modal dan Pelayanan Terpadu di Depok, Jawa Barat. Penelitian dilakukan menganalisis apakah ada pengaruh budaya kerja dan lingkungan kerja terhadap prestasi kerja pegawai Dinas Penanaman Modal serta Pelayanan Terpadu Kota Depok. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dengan pendekatan kuantitatif, menggunakan analisis regresi berganda dengan populasi adalah keseluruhan karyawan Dinas Penanaman Modal dan Pelayayan Terpadu yang berjumlah 60 pegawai. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik total sampling dengan sensus. Populasi diambil secara keseluruhan dijadikan sebagai responden. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan hasil bahwa budaya kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap prestasi kerja pegawai demikian juga dengan hasil lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap prestasi kerja. Dapat disimpulkan secara simultan mempunyai pengaruh yang positif di antara variabel independen terhadap variabel dependen. The study was conducted to analyze whether there is an influence of work culture and work environment on the work performance of the employees of The Investment Office and Integrated Services in Depok. The research method used is a quantitative approach, using multiple regression analysis, with the population consisting of 60 employees of the integrated investment and service department. This study uses a total sampling technique, with a census. The population is taken as a whole as respondents. The results of this study indicate that work culture has a positive and significant effect on employee performance as well as the results of the work environment having a positive and significant effect on work performance. It can be concluded that simultaneously has a positive influence between the independent variables on the dependent variable. Keywords: work culture, work environment, work performance.
Penelitian ini dilakukan diduga ada permasalahan yang ada di Dinas Pendidikan Kota Depok, Depok, Jawa Barat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kesejahteraan dan kualitas sumber daya manusia pengaruhnya terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Dinas Pendidikan Kota Depok. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah dengan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan analisis regresi linier berganda. Sebagai populasi adalah pegawai pada Dinas Pendidikan Kota Depok yang berjumlah 35 orang. Terkait hal penelitian, penulis menggunakan teknik total sampling, dengan sensus, populasi diambil secara keseluruhan dijadikan sebagai responden, maka penulis tidak menggunakan sampel. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kesejahteraan berdampak positif terhadap kinerja pegawai, begitu pula dengan kualitas sumber daya manusia memberikan dampak yang sama terhadap kinerja pegawai. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa kesejahteraan dan kualitas sumber daya manusia secara bersama-sama mempunyai pengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Dinas Pendidikan Kota Depok, Depok, Jawa Barat. In terms of research, the author uses a total sampling technique, with a census, the entire population is taken as a respondent, so the author does not use a sample. The results of this study indicate that welfare has a positive impact on employee performance, as well as the quality of human resources has a positive impact on employee performance. It can be concluded that the welfare and quality of human resources together have an influence on employee performance at the Education Office of Depok City, Depok, West Java.
