Non-traditional payment methods: Gen Z is more likely to use mobile payments and other digital payment methods, such as Google pay, Paytm or PayPal, instead of cash or credit cards. Zero tolerance for bad user experiences: Gen Z expects a seamless, user-friendly online shopping experience, and will quickly abandon a website or app if it doesn't meet their expectations.This research intends to study online buying behavior of the most important and the youngest generation.
