This research is a correlational quantitative research with data collection tool in the form of heat scale (Positive Affect and Negative Affect Schedule) and SWLS (Satisfaction With Life Scale) to measure happiness, whereas positive thinking is based on Albrecht's theory. The participants of this study were 65 breast cancer patients. Data analysis technique used is product moment correlation. The results showed that there was a significant correlation between positive thinking and happiness of breast cancer patients (r=0,406; p=0,000). It means that positive thinking has a relationship with happiness.
