AbstrakMenurut World Health Organization (WHO), rata-rata Sectio Caesarea 5-15% per 1000 kelahiran di dunia, angka kejadian dirumah sakit pemerintah rata-rata 11%, sementara dirumah sakit swasta bisa lebih dari 30%. Angka kejadian Sectio caesarea di Indonesia menurut data survey nasional tahun 2007 adalah 927.000 dari 4.030.000 persalinan (Kemenkes RI, 2013). Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui Hubungan Mobilisasi Dini Post Sectio Caesarea dengan Penyembuhan Luka Operasi di Ruang Rawat RSU Avicenna Kecamatan Kota Juang Kabupaten Bireuen Tahun 2019.Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian analitik dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan secara accidental sampling dengan sampel berjumlah 32 responden. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dan lembar observasi. penelitian ini dilakukan di RSU Avicenna Kecamatan Kota Juang Kabupaten Bireuen pada bulan Mei s/d Juni 2019. Dari hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar responden yang melakukan mobilisasi dini post Sectio Caesarea yaitu 21 responden (65,6%), dan sebagian penyembuhan luka terjadi secara cepat yaitu 22 responden (68,8%). Berdasarkan hasil uji silang ibu dengan penyembuhan luka operasi dengan kategori lambat adalah pasien yang tidak melakukan mobilisasi dengan baik yaitu sebanyak 8 responden (25%). Dari hasil uji Chi-square didapatkan nilai ρ (0.001) < ɑ (0.05). Berdasarkan hasil uji Chi-square didapatkan nilai ρ (0.001) < ɑ (0.05), sehingga ada hubungan antara mobilisasi dini post Sectio Caesarea dengan penyembuhan luka operasi.
The objectives of the current study are threefold: a) to investigate what types of metaphors are used in Arab and Western car advertisements and why they use them, b) to explore how metaphors are used in Arab and Western car advertisements, and c) to explore how cultural attributes are used along with metaphors in Arab and Western car advertisements. The study adopted a descriptive approach through content analysis using three models: cultural (Hofstede, 2005), metaphorical (Lankoff & Johnson, 1980), and contrastive discourse analysis (Farclough's, 2001), approaches to analyze the data. The study sample comprised 30 car advertisements from Holland, France, Germany, Italy, the US, and Arab countries, each with five advertisements published online in 2016. The findings of the study show that car advertisements frequently use metaphorical strategies. In addition, the study revealed differences between Arab and Western advertisements in terms of the employment of cultural attributes. Finally, the study also indicated that even within the Western context, there is a different use of metaphorical strategies with subtle differences.

Hand washing tools have been developed, generally still using direct touch to the water tap and soap dish, the Touchless Hand Washer (THW) touchless hand washing tool is specially designed and manufactured in accordance with the COVID-19 pandemic conditions without touching with hands directly on the water tap and a soap holder with a footrest system, making it more practical, hygienic and not directly contaminated with previous Touchless Hand Washer users which could cause COVID-19 transmission from previous users. Touchless Hand Washer (THW) is designed with a pyramid-shaped frame that will support the water toren that does not harm or the water toren falls for Touchless Hand Washe users, with a THW tool height of 120 cm, top width 70 x 70 cm and bottom width of 90 x 90 cm. result of viability of papaya seed (carica papaya L.) The experimental design used in this study is a complete randomized design (RAL) 4 x 2 factorial pattern with 3 replications consisting of two factors, with There were 8 treatment combinations and 24 experimental units. The materials used in this research are papaya seed, cotton cloth, ash, concentrated H2SO4, and sand. The parameters observed were potential to grow, germination, growth rate and time required 50% from total germination (T50). The results of this study indicate that the average value of viability and vigor is high in the show on the optimization of the way of extraction of cotton cloth (K1). Viability and vigor of sprouts which are better found in local varieties (V1) than with hybrid varieties (V2). Better interaction optimizing the way extraction of sarcotae is found in hybrid varieties (V2) seeds by extraction of cotton cloth (K1). So it can be concluded that the optimization of sarkotesta extraction method is very significant effect on seed viability include growth potential, germination, growth rate and T50% sprout total.Keywords: Sarkotesta extraction, viability, papaya seed (Carica papaya L.).
Peranan air dalam kehidupan dirasa sangat penting sehingga perlu mendapat perhatian khusus dalam pengelolaan dan pemanfaatan yang baik. Peningkatan pengetahuan masyarakat tentang air yang layak dikonsumsi makhluk hidup maupun tentang air bagi usaha peternakan dan perikanan, dapat dicapai salah satunya dengan pemanfaatan alat teknologi yang mendukung. Alat teknologi yang tersedia saat ini untuk mengukur tingkat kekeruhan ialah Turbidimeter dan alat untuk mengukur kadar pH ialah pH Meter. Kedua alat tersebut memiliki bentuk dan fungsinya masing-masing sehingga terkesan sangat menyulitkan dari segi efisiensi waktu dan tenaga serta biaya. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk merancang alat ukur baru berbasis mikrokontroler dengan tingkat resolusi baik untuk mengukur tingkat kekeruhan dan pH air sekaligus yang lebih efisien. Alat ukur berbasis mikrokontroler ini dirancang dengan menggunakan sistem sensor fotodioda dan sensor pH. Nilai hasil uji rancangan alat ukur mikrokontroler akan dianalisa dengan menggunakan persamaan uji regresi linier sederhana terhadap nilai hasil uji alat ukur standar (turbidimeter dan pH meter). Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi baru dalam inovasi teknologi yang dapat digunakan oleh masyarakat secara lebih mudah dan murah.Penelitian ini dilakukan di UPT Laboratorium MIPA Terpadu Universitas Teuku Umar, Jalan Alue Peunyareng Kecamatan Meureubo Kabupaten Aceh Barat mulai bulan Januari sampai dengan Agustus 2018.Berdasarkan hasil kalibrasi sensor, diperoleh nilai tegangan keluaran terhadap perubahan jarak.
