Tujuan diselenggarakannya pelatihan manajemen kepemimpinan (LMT) yaitu untuk menumbuhkan tentang dasar-dasar kepemimpinan yang bernilai nasionalisme dan religiusitas (nusantara) sesuai dengan perkembangan zaman aktual terkini. Metode pelaksanaan menggunakan teknik penyuluhan dengan menggunakan seminar, diskusi forum dan tanya jawab via aplikasi zoom, dan khalayak sasaran dalam kegiatan ini yakni mahasiswa di Universitas Cenderawasih Papua. Adapun hasil dalam kegiatan pengabdian ini bahwa tujuan program ini tercapai, berjalan dengan lancar, dan peserta sangat fokus dan antusias. Namun, kegiatan ini berlangsung tentu saja dengan beberapa kendala terutama jaringan dan kuota internet dari peserta. Manfaat yang diperoleh peserta utamanya yakni dapat mengimplementasikan pengalaman tersebut dalam kehidupan sehari-hari di lingkungan.
Abstrak Menulis merupakan momok dan masalah tersendiri bagi mahasiswa, oleh sebab itu perlunya diadakan pelatihan penulisan karya ilmiah yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan kemampuan mahasiswa dalam tulisan ilmiah. Metode yang digunakan yakni pelatihan secara daring dan blended, dan dilaksanakan pada bulan September 2021 melibatkan 50 orang mahasiswa UPBJJ UT Jayapura. Instrumen kegiatan menggunakan aplikasi microsoft teams dan google forms, kemudian di analisis dengan metode kualitatif-kuantitatif. Hasil dari kegiatan ini yakni mahasiswa memiliki tambahan pengetahuan, serta keterampilan dalam menulis ilmiah dan partisipasi yang baik. Oleh karenanya, diharapkan kegiatan tersebut terus berlanjut dan adanya pendampingan intensif dalam menulis karya ilmiah.
Covid-19 has had a significant impact on the teaching and learning process. This study aims to evaluate the teaching and learning process during the pandemic, the interesting and different thing is that this research is carried out in online learning in Papua. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method, the research subjects are students and lecturers in Papua, Indonesia. This research was conducted through three stages, namely: data collection; data reduction; and verification and confirmation of conclusions. The instruments used are interviews, photo documentation through the Whatsapp application. Data analysis in this study used the triangulation method (measurement of data validity). The results of this study are: First, e-learning during the pandemic is difficult to run well, this is influenced by facilities such as networks and communication devices; Second, the impact of e-learning is that the emotional closeness between lecturers and students is not well established, learning is monotonous and there are more tasks in the form of orders; Third, e-learning provides benefits, namely forcing the acceleration of mastery of digital-based learning technology in Papua, social media content is used more massively. The conclusion of this research is that there are various opinions of lecturers and students in e-learning during the pandemic, starting from the infrastructure, the quality of the interaction, and the benefits received. The impact of this research is the importance of further increasing the development of development facilities, especially to support the improvement of education in Papua, and special handling to advance Eastern Indonesia.
Higher education alumni are required to have theoretical and practical skills. This demand arises because the industrial need for workers produced by higher education not only has conceptual abilities but can also fill the needs of workers with practical expertise in a field. Meanwhile, the majority of higher education only uses online learning as the main learning medium for students and one of the weaknesses of online learning is the lack of social interaction that students need to understand practical knowledge. Socialization interaction is a learning method that uses a social interaction approach to maximize the knowledge transfer process to students. The purpose of this research is to help students in higher education maximize knowledge transfer with a social interaction approach. The result of this research is a social learning model for students in higher education. The research method uses a qualitative approach through observation and interviews related to online learning problems in higher education. Research also uses literature studies to identify alternative solutions with an information technology approach.
