Elsevier has created a COVID-19 resource centre with free information in English and Mandarin on the novel coronavirus COVID-19. The COVID-19 resource centre is hosted on Elsevier Connect, the company's public news and information website.Elsevier hereby grants permission to make all its COVID-19-related research that is available on the COVID-19 resource centre -including this research content -immediately available in PubMed Central and other publicly funded repositories, such as the WHO COVID database with rights for unrestricted research re-use and analyses in any form or by any means with acknowledgement of the original source. These permissions are granted for free by Elsevier for as long as the COVID-19 resource centre remains active.

Interview protocol (English) Over the past year, we understand Medical Student X was involved in your care here with your primary care doctor, Dr. X, and may have seen you in other clinics or in the hospital as well. We know that you've had a long-standing and separate relationship with your primary care doctor, but we are specifically interested in how a student might add or take away from that relationship with your doctor. Can you tell me about a time working with student name during the last year? Was managing your health care easier or harder with student involved? (engagement) The Denver Health system is very complex and patients often struggle with things like finding appointments, scheduling appointments, knowing which doctors to call with questions.
