Anemia adalah keadaan salah satu masalah kesehatan yang harus disoroti. Angka anemia atau kurang darah pada ibu hamil di Indonesia masih terbilang tinggi. Berdasarkan Riset Kesehatan Dasar 2018 prevalensi anemia pada ibu hamil mencapai 48,9 %. World Health Organization (WHO) melaporkan bahwa terdapat 52% ibu hamil mengalami anemia di negara berkembang. Anemia pada kehamilan dapat menyebabkan dampak yang serius yang bisa terjadi pada saat hamil, bersalin dan postpartum. Pengabdian Masyarakat dilakukan dengan melakukan pemberdayaan kader dalam upaya pencegahan dan penanggulangan Anemia pada ibu hamil, sehingga kader bisa mengaplikasikannya pada saat Posyandu kepada ibu hamil. Kader kesehatan akan dilakukan pelatihan berupa transfer pengetahuan mengenai masalah dan besaran masalah anemia, dampak anemia, faktor penyebab, menu makanan pencegahan anemia dan tablet tambah darah. Berdasarkan hasil pengabdian didapatkan bahwa ada peningkatan pengetahuan tentang Anemia pada kehamilan. Hal tersebut terjadi karena dilakukan perlakuan atau treatmeant berupa pendidikan kesehatan yang diberikan. Hasil post test menunjukkan adanya peningkatan rata-rata pengetahuan antara pre test dan post test. Hasil observasi kader Kesehatan dalam melakukan Pendidikan Kesehatan kepada ibu hamil di kelas ibu hamil masuk dalam katagori baik.
One of the health problems in Indonesia is the Maternal Mortality Rate (MMR). The World Health Organization (WHO) states that maternal deaths are deaths that occur during pregnancy, childbirth, or within 42 days postpartum which can be caused either directly or indirectly to pregnancy. Pregnancy is a happiness that can be felt by pregnant women who plan and look forward to it. During pregnancy, changes will occur both physical and psychological changes. Psychological changes also occur in pregnant women especially just before delivery. Pregnant women feel anxious because of hormonal changes and thoughts before delivery. Exercise and relaxation techniques during pregnancy are needed to reduce the anxiety of pregnant women. Pregnant gymnastics is one of the sports activities that mothers can do during pregnancy. The aim of community service is to increase the knowledge of pregnant women about pregnancy exercise and teach pregnancy exercise. The target community service is 10 pregnant women in Tambakreja Village. This service begins with health education about pregnancy exercise and then continues with pregnancy exercise practice. As a result of community service, there was an increase in knowledge by 38% from before counseling to counseling. Pregnant women are also able to practice pregnancy exercises properly.
Teenagers aged 15-24 are a group vulnerable to HIV infection. Data from the Ministry of Health in 2015 showed that HIV-infected adolescents numbered 28,060 people (15.2 percent). A total of 2089 people (3 percent) have already had AIDS. Based on data obtained in 2013-2017, those suffering from HIV / AIDS in Cilacap Regency reached 53 cases. Various obstacles experienced by PLWHA in accessing ARVs, including limited health services and routine counseling that require money. This study aims to reveal the experience of young people living with HIV in drinking ARV in the VCT clinic in Cilacap Hospital. This research is qualitative with descriptive phenomenological approach and thematic analysis. All informants in this study carried out various stages of treatment management and continued to adhere to taking ARVs so that they remained healthy and underwent daily activities. Motivation from yourself and family support and health and environmental staff encourage you to continue taking ARVs.
Anemia dalam kehamilan dapat mempengaruhi nilai kesejahteraan sosial ekonomimasyarakat dan kualitas sumber daya manusia, serta berpotensi membahayakan ibu dananak. Oleh karena itu, anemia dalam kehamilan perlu mendapatkan perhatian yang seriusdari semua pihak yang terkait dalam memberikan pelayanan kesehatan. World HealthOrganization menyatakan prevalensi anemia dalam kehamilan di seluruh dunia adalah41,8% pada tahun 2010. Prevalensi anemia dalam kehamilan di Indonesia mengalamipeningkatan yaitu pada tahun 2013 sebesar 37,1% dan meningkat pada tahun 2018 sebesar48,9%. Upaya Pemerintah yang sudah dilakukan adalah dengan program pemberiansuplementasi tablet besi pada ibu hamil. Pengetahuan yang dimiliki ibu hamil tentanganemia sangat penting, karena akan mempengaruhi perilaku kesehatan yang dilakukansehingga dapat menurunkan risiko anemia selama kehamilan. Penelitian ini penelitiankuantitatif dengan pendekatan cross-sectional. Sampel menggunakan sampel minimalyaitu 30 ibu hamil trimester III, dengan teknik accidental sampling. Analisis dalampenelitian ini adalah Chi-Square. Hasil uji Chi-Square menunjukkan bahwa ada hubungantingkat pengetahuan dengan kepatuhan mengkonsumsi tablet Fe pada ibu hamil trimesterIII di Puskesmas Cilacap Selatan I (p-value=0,000). Ada hubungan pengetahuan dengankepatuhan mengkonsumsi tablet Fe pada ibu hamil trimester III di Puskesmas CilacapSelatan I.
The World Health Organization (WHO) states that maternal mortality worldwide due to complications during pregnancy and childbirth in 2017 is estimated at around 810 cases. Between 2000 and 2017 there was a decline in the ratio of MMR around the world by 38%. WHO also states that 94% of global maternal deaths occur in low and middle income countries. In Indonesia, maternal deaths due to complications from pregnancy or childbirth every year are estimated at 20,000 mothers died from five million births. Delivery assistance by trained health workers in health facilities can be an effort to reduce MMR and IMR. In addition, awareness of pregnant women is also important for the importance of having a pregnancy with a health worker. This community service aims to increase the knowledge of pregnant women about anemia and to detect early pregnancy complications by laboratory examinations. The target of this activity is 15 pregnant women. The dedication activity is conducting educational activities, laboratory examinations in Tambakreja Village, Cilacap Regency. Based on the results of this activity it was concluded that there was an increase in knowledge of pregnant women about anemia and found 2 pregnant women experiencing anemia from 15 pregnant women and urine examination found all negative pregnant women
