The purpose of the study was to identify articles published in the Science & Library Progress Journal in 2014-2018. The subject of this study is 76 articles published online by the information and library study journal for the period 2014-2018. The method of data collection is done by checking and recording all information related to the number of articles, number of citations, number of authors, authorship and collaboration, the level of author productivity, the level of collaboration and the distribution of agencies and professional writers. The analytical method used is a qualitative descriptive method and calculates the level of collaboration using the Subramayan formula.The results of the study showed that of the total 76 articles, the highest number of articles written by 3 authors is 45 articles (59.21%) with a collaboration degree of 0.89. The author who ranked first in the author's productivity was Pawit M. Yusup who has written 12 articles in JKIP in 2014-2018. The institution that most often participates in article writing is the Department of Library Science at Padjadjaran University, which is 139 times (76.36%). The profession of the writers who participated most in writing articles was from the lecturers, namely 119 times (65.38%).

Information architecture is a process of organizing information that can make it easy for users to meet their information needs, provide current location instructions in an information link, and make it easier for users to maintain information in a large collection of information. Information architecture has an important role in designing a website, because in it there are processes of research, strategy, design, implementation, and administration that can play a role in structuring, organizing, and labeling. This study aims to determ (istilah)ine the development of research publications within 11 (eleven) years, tofind out the direction of information architecture research trends, to identify the relationship between scientific concepts, and to know the information architecture science network based on keywords (co- occurrence) and collaboration of authors (coauthorship). The method used in this research is descriptive bibliometric analysis, the data used is taken in the range of 2011 – 2021. Data collection is based on the Google scholar database with information architecture keywords and additional supporting keywords including website, design, wireframe, and labelling system with the number of publications is limited to 500 journals. Data was collected using Publish or Perish (PoP) software asmetadata. Data analysis was performed using Vosviewer software as a medium for bibliometric analysis. The results show that in the last 11 years the number of publications on information architecture research indexed by Google scholar has fluctuated, but in term (istilah)s of quantity, it has increased significantly. The highest publication growth development occurred in 2020, reaching 60 journals (14.1%), while the lowest publication occurred in 2011 with a total of 12 journals (2.8%).Mapping the development of information architecture research publications based on co-authorship shows a correlation or relationship between researchers centred on Wing Wahyu Winarno. While the mapping of the development of information architecture research publications based on keywords (co- occurrence) indicates a relationship between one term (istilah) and another accompanied by 3 dominant clusters, although this research has not been widely studied, research in the field of information architecture can create opportunities for researchers.
Equestrian and archery sports tourism is a popular tourist destination among Indonesian Muslim communities and is a new segment of religion-based tourism. Therefore, this study aims to determine the model of tourists' interpretation of Daarus Sunnah Equestrian tourism, which is one of the first tourism destinations in Indonesia that presents riding and archery. This research method is based on a qualitative method with a phenomenological approach. The results of this study conclude that the model of tourists' interpretation of Daarus Sunnah Equestrian tourism has a variety of meanings, among which are interpreted as sports tourism destinations, religious tourism destinations, have tourist communication attractiveness, and as Islamic missionary activities. The formation of religious meanings and experiences in tourists is inseparable from the role of tourism managers who present the message of Islamic da'wah through various media and ways of delivering messages, both verbal and non-verbal. * Corresponding author the results obtained have an impact that is quite effective in order to open relationships of interaction between fellow tourists. The hospitality experience occurs in the interaction between loyal visitors and new visitors, as well as interactions between visitors with tour guides. The experience of open communication is created through mutual respect, mutual trust and brotherhood. This open communication usually involves loyal tourists with tour guides. The openness of communication itself is a critical success factor in the process of social interaction (Johnson, 1990). The openness of communication can be held if it fulfills several factors, including the presence of safety experiences, general preferences, and social backgrounds. In the end, if open communication has been established among fellow tourists or with tour guides, it will create a meaningful tourism experience and create a good impression for tourists so that it impacts on decision making and tourist decisions in the future. Ignorance experiences consist of experience ignored by fellow tourists, waiting for each other's initiative to start an interaction, and not greet each other. Ignorance is one of the processes of interaction that occurs between fellow tourists, but ignorance is a communication experience that is not expected by tourists. Ignorance usually involves old tourists and new tourists, and this happens because between them had never known each other before and adapted concern from one party when there is an initiative to start an interaction, because it is feared that it will disturb the comfort and privacy.The experience of caring is one of the factors in the implementation of effective communication and the establishment of a positive reciprocal relationship between fellow tourists so that the experience of caring communication is one of the critical factors that determine the actions and way of looking at tourists. -In this study, the authors wanted to determine and analyze the students' perceptions about the quality of service in the reference section UPT Padjadjaran, namely: Tengible element 'Physical', Realibility 'reliability', Responsive 'Response', Assurance 'Guarantee', and Empathy 'attention.' Meanwhile, the method used is exploratory, descriptive, and qualitative. The results showed that the hypothesis of the authors about the quality of service at the Library Unit Padjadjaran reference services there are still weaknesses evident. There are two drawbacks perceived by respondents as the visitors, namely: less complete collection and not humourist librarians in service to the visitors. It is expected to be input for the librarians at Padjadjaran University Library Unit that needs to be improved so that the quality of services librarians increased interest in reading them because they feel "comfortable" being in this reference section. Hal ini diharapkan dapat menjadi masukan bagi para pustakawan di UPT Perpustakaan Unpad bahwa perlu ditingkatkan kualitas pelayanan para pustakawan sehingga minat baca mereka meningkat karena merasa "nyaman" berada di bagian referensi ini.
