AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah pemberian pupuk Kandang Sapi dan Super Bokasi AOS Amino memberikan respon yang baik terhadap pertumbuhan dan produksi bawang merah. Penelitian dilakukan di kebun percobaan Fakultas Pertanian Universitas Medan Area yang berlokasi di jalan Kolam No.1 Medan Estate, Kecamatan Percut Sei Tuan. Penelitian ini di laksanakan mulai bulan juni sampai dengan Agustus 2014, mengunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) Faktorial, dengan dua ulangan, 16 kombinasi sehingga didapat 32 plot tanaman dari seluruh kombinasi dan ulangan. Faktor pertama yang diuji adalah pupuk kandang sapi yaitu K0 = tanpa pupuk kandang sapi, K1 = mengunakan pupuk dengan dosis 200 gram /plot, K2 = mengunakan pupuk kandang sapi 400 gram/plot, K3= mengunakan pupuk kandang sapi dengan dosis 600 gram /plot. Faktor kedua yang diuji adalah Super Bokasi AOS Amino yaitu A0 = Tanpa mengunakan AOS Amino, A1= mengunakan AOS Amino (1,875 ml/l air), A2 = mengunakan AOS Amino (3,75 ml/l air), A3= mengunakan AOS Amino (5,625 ml/l air). Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa pemberian pupuk kandang sapi dan AOS Amino perpengaruh nyata pada pengamatan bobot basah perplot dengan nilai F-hitung 4,13 pada perlakuan AOS Amino dan tidak perpengaruh nyata pada parameter lainya, dan hasil rata bobot umbi perplot menunjukan hasil yang tinggi pada perlakuan A3 (5,625 ml/l air). AbstractThis study aims to determine whether the application of Kandang Sapi fertilizer and Super Bokasi AOS Amino provide a good response to the growth and production of shallots. The research was conducted in experimental garden of Agriculture Faculty of University of Medan Area, located at Medan No.1 Pond Street, Percut Sei Tuan District. This research was conducted from June to August 2014, using Factorial Randomized Block Design (RAK), with two replications, 16 combinations so that 32 plots of plants from all combinations and replications were obtained. The first factor tested was cow manure that is K0 = without cow manure, K1 = using fertilizer with dose 200 gram / plot, K2 = using cow manure 400 gram / plot, K3 = using cow dung manure with dose 600 gram / plot . The second factor tested is Super Bokasi AOS Amino that is A0 = Without using AOS Amino, A1 = using AOS Amino (1,875 ml / l water), A2 = using AOS Amino (3.75 ml / l water), A3 = using AOS Amino (5,625 ml / l of water). The results showed that the application of cow manure and AOS Amino significant effect on the observation of wet weight of the plot with F-count value of 4.13 on the Amino AOS treatment and no significant effect on other parameters, and the average yield of tuber bulbs showed a high result on the treatment A3 (5,625 ml / l water).
