To solve the problem of a type of electronic equipment maintenance, a kind of portable testing instrument is developed. The instrument adopts embedded development, PC104 bus and fault reasoning technology to realize the functions of signal test, fault diagnosis, repair instructions and data query. The instrument is mainly composed of a hand-held chassis, LCD screen, touch screen, Intel main control board, oscilloscope card, multimeter card and power supply module, on the basis of PC104 bus structure. The A/D conversion circuit uses multiple cross parallel high-speed data acquisition architecture to achieve sampling data of higher accuracy and higher speed. The main control board and test function card is designed and the principle of circuit module is described. The signal testing and fault diagnosis software is developed. The instrument has good application effect, with the advantage of practical and portable.
Aiming at the training requirement for cognizing and operating of a type of air-defense equipment, a virtual training system based on combined exploration of Solidworks and OpenGL is designed in this paper. First, considering the main work of the operation and maintenance staff of the air-defense equipment, the general scheme of the virtual training system is designed, and the combined exploring method is introduced. Then, the key techniques of the virtual training system are analyzed, which include virtual scene modeling, collaborative operation simulation and intelligent examination algorithm. The virtual training system provides a low cost and high efficiency platform for operation and maintenance staff of the air-defense equipment.
A digital storage oscilloscope module in automatic test equipment was designed based on PIX bus. The field programmable gate array (FPGA) is used as the logic control unit. The circuit of high speed ADC and FPGA interface, clock management, and high speed data access were designed based on hardware modules. The digital storage oscilloscope module was successfully applied to the practical test system, whose performance was good, stable, and achieved the desired design goals.
Based on the current situation that the current ordnance equipment maintenance information management system is not intuitive, a new information system was designed and realized, which could display the two-dimensional Information and three-dimensional information synchronously. This system can well compatible with the existing one. Through studying the analysis of the original data structure, importing way for the 3D model of equipment, synchronous display for the 2D information and 3d model, the 3D information management system was realized, which provides a new digital method for equipment management person.

This paper analyzes the leveling system is mainly due to poor seal leaks caused by a few, and on this basis gives a solution, in order to improve the technical level of equipment operators and maintenance personnel to improve the use and maintenance of equipment support capabilities.
