The impact of Covid -19 on individuals who are exposed or confirmed to Covid -19 can be a stressor for patients so they need social support in order to overcome stressors that have an impact on the patient's psychology. This study aims to gain an in-depth understanding of the social support of patients with confirmed Covid-19 cases. This type of qualitative research was conducted using a phenomenological approach, and participants were selected through purposive sampling. In total, 7 participants were aged 21 - 45 years. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with open-ended questions. The data were analyzed thematically. The results showed that the social support received by patients who were confirmed to be Covid-19 varied. Social support is very important to provide self-confidence, improve coping mechanisms and quality of life. Social support is very important for patients with Covid-19. Therefore, it is recommended for nurses to do proper planning so that the patient's social support needs can be met.
Hasil studi pendahuluan yang dilakukan di Rumah Sakit Tingkat III 03.06.01 Ciremai Cirebon, bahwa formulir sensus harian rawat inap pada bulan Agustus 2020 sampai dengan Desember 2020 terdapat formulir sensus harian rawat inap yang lengkap yaitu 92% (1340) dan 8% (115) yang tidak lengkap. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan deskriptif kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian ini adalah perawat dan bidan rawat inap, kepala rawat inap, kepala instalasi rawat inap dan perekam medis. Teknik sampel menggunakan proportional random sampling. Instrumen penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner. Analisis penelitian ini menggunakan analisis univariat. Hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa tata kelola SIM-RS dalam pencegahan ketidaklengkapan sensus harian rawat inap yang sesuai yaitu 27 (75,0). Struktur organisasi instalasi SIM-RS dalam pelaksanaan sensus harian rawat inap yang sesuai yaitu 34 (94,4%). SDM instalasi SIM-RS dalam pelaksanaan sensus harian rawat inap yang sesuai yaitu 31 (86,1%). Kerangka kerja instalasi SIM-RS dalam pelaksanaan sensus harian rawat inap yaitu 15 (41,7%) yang sesuai. Pihak rekam medis rumah sakit diupayakan agar meningkatkan koordinasi, monitoring dan evaluasi tata kelola SIM-RS yang berkaitan dengan pengelolahan sensus rawat inap dengan kepala instalasi rawat inap secara periodik.
In Indonesia, it was found that 95% of women of childbearing age have at least one symptom of Premenstrual Syndrome (PMS), with moderate to severe levels of 3.9%. This study aims to determine the frequency distribution of PMS incidents in Gunung Sari Village, Pamijahan District, Bogor Regency. This research is descriptive through a cross sectional approach with a population of all young women in Gunung Sari Village, Pamijahan District, Bogor Regency in 2017 as many as 195 people using total sampling technique. The variables measured were stress, consumption patterns, exercise patterns, age at menarche, BMI and PMS. Univariate and bivariate data analysis and research instruments using a questionnaire. The results of this study indicate that most of them experienced stress, 124 respondents (65.5%). Based on the consumption pattern, mostly good as much as 124 (65.5%). Based on the exercise pattern, most of it was routine as much as 124 (65.5%). The age of menarche was mostly normal as much as 105 (57.1%). For BMI,mostly normal (56.0%) and mostly experiencing PMS as many as 124 people (65.5%). The statistical test results were obtained for the p-value stress, consumption patterns, exercise patterns = 0.000. For menarche exam p-value = 0.635 and BMI p-value = 0.076. This shows a relationship between stress, consumption patterns and exercise patterns with the incidence of premenstrual syndrome in Gunung Sari Village, Pamijahan District, Bogor Regency. Meanwhile, the age of menarche and BMI had nothing relationship with the incidence of PMS. Provide additional material in the form of information needed by young women about STDs so that young women can avoid wrong perceptions when young women face PMS.
One of the growing industries in Indonesia is the woodworking industry. Wood waste is waste or parts of the wood that no longer has economic value but may still be used at different processes and times. The woodworking industry produces wood waste in 22% wood scraps, 8% wood chips, and 10% sawdust. The fundamental problem in the woodworking industry at Sindangmekar Village was the lack of understanding and practice in wood waste management. Through the socialization of wood waste management as planting media, community service aims to increase knowledge regarding wood waste management. In addition, it can improve practice to manage sawdust as a planting media. Furthermore, it has economic value and becomes one of the solutions to financial problems during the COVID-19 pandemic. The socialization presented materials related to wood waste management and practiced making planting media from sawdust. Thirty participants attended this activity. There was a significant increase in pre-and post-test scores after socialization. In conclusion, socialization regarding wood waste management increases knowledge levels in wood artisans and youth alliance at Sindangmekar Village. In addition, participants can manage wood sawdust as a planting medium. As a result, it can increase the selling value of wood waste, and the surrounding environment becomes clean and healthy.
