El objetivo principal es descubrir si existen recursos identificativos en la dirección de sus negocios. Con el focus group se registra una discusión guiada sobre sus experiencias y estrategias de negocio. Participan veinte empresarias andaluzas. Los resultados revelan un liderazgo transformacional. Su knowhow destaca por su disposición a la innovación, a la atención por los detalles y a la colaboración. Reconocen el importante papel aprendido de la gestión del hogar de las mujeres de su familia que, en parte, han extrapolado a sus negocios. Configuran un modelo directivo acorde a los nuevos horizontes económico-empresariales.Palabras Clave: Mujer, emprendimiento femenino, liderazgo femenino, género. AbstractThis paper presents the results of a qualitative research about the management and leadership models used by self-employed women and those who own SMEs. The main goal is to find out the existence of common guidelines in their business management approach. By using the focus group, interviews about their experiences and business strategies are recorded. TwentyAndalusian businesswomen take part in this project. The results show a transformational leadership. Their know-how is characterized by an important level of willingness to innovation, careful attention to details, as well as an outstanding support. All of them recognize the importance of the knowledge received from the women of their families who use to manage a household, a knowledge that has been extrapolated to their business. They all make up a new management model according to the new business and economic horizons.
