This item features the hinterland of pasture fund communities in Bahia and provides an overview of the involved conflicts and impasses in their struggles for land and territory according to their socio-cultural tradition. What happens in Bahia is an innovative experience in terms of political identity formation and social and economic organization in the territory, from the conflicts over the possession and use of land, which focuses on changes in land tenure policy of traditional communities in the region. The Social Struggle by Pasto Funds Movement came from peasants who were not represented by the existing movements and organizations and have organized to fight for the legal right to land and territory, which for centuries occupy in collective ownership system, and public policy that promote social development, economic and environmental importance Do not defeat their lifestyles that protect and conserve the fauna and flora of the savanna biome. Traditional communities organized grazing background, who live from the extraction and management of small loose animals, are guardians of the natural and cultural heritage of the Semi-arid, with a way of life that protects and preserves the fauna and flora of this genuinely Brazilian biome.
The present work aims to analyze the need and usefulness of public policies during the Covid-19 pandemic. To this end, the present work deals with an analysis of domestic and family violence based on Law No. 11.340 / 06 -known as the Maria da Penha Law, as well as concepts and foundations pointed out in the best doctrine and jurisprudence.
Despite the positive rates of inclusion of women in the labor market in recent decades, there is still much to be done by the social and cultural equality of labor between the sexes. Regarding that the various professional activities still prevail sexual divisions of labor and performance of Angari of Artisanal Fisheries in Juazeiro/BA, these relationships are not very different. This work is the result of a survey conducted with women living in Angari community in Juazeiro/BA in order to assess the activities carried out by women in fishing activities as well as meet the traditional knowledge of that fishing-related community and which ones are passed on to younger people by these women. Throughout the paper, we describe what are the activities carried out by women and their culturally constructed social invisibility, women of the difficulties to maintain the support of their families and the challenges for the transmission of traditional knowledge to the younger people. The work also brings real proposals in order to disseminate the emerging need for public infrastructure policy, health and legalization of the activities developed by the fisherwomen of Angari.
Information security is a feature that aims to protect, but also a management area. With the evolution of information and its rapid spread technologies, also increased the crimes related to it, with it, this article proposes a survey of information security mechanisms, influence and use of them by companies. It was also used a directed form the target audience to gather information on how companies deal with threats to their assets, data and services, also seeks to know whether there is effective use of information security mechanisms.
