This preliminary study investigates students' expected learning experiences that determine their return to the same university for further studies. A cross-sectional analysis was done on 190 undergraduate students in a private institution of higher learning. Their opinions were sought regarding the present quality of services offered by the university. Their concern was for quality teaching, lecturers and facilities, and especially course fees, technology, and support systems. The study highlights the need to look again at some of the students' major complaints, which could guarantee their return to the university's doorstep.
This study aims to show that good leaders imply and reflect positive actions and effective hygiene practices. It also aims to encourage and disseminate the importance of the use of technological tools in detecting risks in Food-hygiene Practices in six government-controlled training centers. The survey and scientific swab method elicited data on leadership effectiveness (LE) prevalent in these organizations, focusing mainly on their impact on human health and the environment. The regression analysis shows that LE significantly affects perception and actual Food-hygiene Practices. Large effect sizes of significant difference for both practices were also detected. Accordingly, recommendations and limitations are highlighted in this study.
The current study was to examine the mediating role of Spiritual Intelligence (SQ) in engaging employees at the workplace. Particularly, this study aimed to at investigating the SQ in the relationship between practices and business performance among the food handlers. The main objective of this research is to examine the mediating effect of the SQ on the business performance (food, services, and atmosphere). Four main SQ dimensions from the ISIS measurement scale were used as a basis to collect the data. A total of 816 data was collected from the food handlers from different government’s off-premises. Analyzed with the Smart PLS, the analysis showed that SQ mediated the relationship between practices and business performance in these three areas. In assessing the structural model estimate, the results of analysis revealed that the direct effect is statistically difference from zero (β_c≠0). Thus, rejected the null hypothesis β_c=0 with a statistically significance showed that there is a mediating effect on the relationship between practices and business performance. The discussion is made in explanation of these results within the context of other researches and suggestions for further research.
This study examines drivers' knowledge of CO2 emissions and the eco-friendly environment in the Malaysian automotive industry. In the context of vehicle use and the carbon emissions it causes, it is essential to comprehend people's understanding and perception of their activities' influence on the environment. This study used a survey approach to learn about drivers' knowledge of automobile CO2 emissions and their damaging environmental effects. The study will collect data from a broad cross-section of Malaysian drivers. Drivers' knowledge of the effects of CO2 emissions on the environment, their feelings about the earth's future, and their openness to adopting eco-friendly driving habits will be determined using descriptive analysis and statistical methods like PLS-SEM. It also investigates the moderating effect of demographics on the link between awareness of CO2 emissions and environmentally responsible driving. This study's results facilitate understanding the present level of knowledge among Malaysian drivers about CO2 emissions and the eco-friendly environment. This study aims to aid policymakers, industry stakeholders, and environmental organizations in developing targeted interventions and initiatives to promote sustainable practices in the automotive sector by examining the relationships between awareness, demographic factors, and drivers' perceptions.
