The purposes of this study are (1) to determine the effect of mordantt tawas, tunjung, and tannins on the ecoprint dyeing result using tegeran (cudraina javanensis) dye on primisima fabrics (2) to find the best results in ecoprint dyeing using different types of mordantt including the pattern clarity, colour sharpness, colour fairness, and colour absorption. The method of this research is experimental. The independent variables are mordantt tawas, tunjung and tannins. The dependent variables are the ecoprint dyeing results including the pattern clarity, colour sharpness, colour fairness, and colour absorption. The control variables are tegeran (cudraina javanensis) dye, mordantting technique, and primisima fabric. The data of the study were collected by using observation. Based on the test of pattern clarity, colour sharpness, colour fairness, and colour absorption, the best ecoprint treatment is shown in sample C, which is the ecoprint treatment using mordantt tunjung on the main fabric, tegeran (cudraina javanensis) dye on the blanket, and mordantt tawas in the fixation.
The purpose of this research is (1) To find out that there is a significant increase in student learning outcomes by using interactive video learning media better than using previous learning media. (2) To find out whether interactive videos are used as learning media in the learning process of Fashion Technology courses. This study uses an experimental method with Pretest Posttest Control Group Design patterns. The population in this study amounted to 87 students from two Fashion Technology classes at Semarang State University. The research sample was obtained by random method, then the sample used was 29 students in class 1 as the experimental class and 29 students in the second class as the control class. Data collection uses the check list method, data analysis using descriptive statistics and t test. Based on the results of the analysis of the data obtained, that the average learning outcomes of fashion technology subjects in the experimental group which were originally 67.94 increased to 82.46 or an increase of 89.65%. Whereas in the average control group the results of the study which initially 66.93 increased to 74.01, resulting in an increase of 58.62%. There is an increase in learning outcomes by using interactive videos. Interactive video learning media are effectively used in the learning process of Fashion Technology courses. To the instructors it is recommended to apply learning with interactive video media because it is proven through the use of interactive video media that can improve the learning outcomes of the practice of Fashion Technology. One of the media that can be used is interactive learning video media. This media is an audio-visual

AN EVALUATION OF THE TALENT SCOUTING PROGRAM FOR SMK TEACHERS IN 2013 DIREKTORAT P2TK DIKMEN KEMDIKBUDAbstractThis study aims to know: (1) the relevance of the Talent Scouting program for SMK teachers in 2013 in terms of the aspect of context, (2) the appropriateness of the Talent Scouting program for SMK teacher in 2013 in terms of the aspect of input, (3) the effectiveness of the Talent Scouting program for SMK teacher in 2013 in terms of the aspect of process, and (4) the attainment of the Talent Scouting program for SMK teacher in 2013 in terms of the aspect of product. This research is an evaluation of the program using CIPP (Context, Input, Process, Product) evaluation model. The results of this study: (1) the relevance of the program achievement is included in the category of “very relevant” with the achievement percentage of 85%, (2) the input appropriateness of vocational program targets, program participants and program providers are included in the category of “appropriate” with the percentage achieved is 76.38%, (3) the effectiveness of the process of socialization, selection and provisioning, implementation process, monitoring and reporting process are included in the category of “effective” with the achievement percentage of 74.52%, (4) teaching and non-teaching product attainment are included in the category of ”very attainable” with the achievement percentage of 84.35%.
The objectives of this study were 1) to determine the effect of the naphthol dye composition on the tie-dye results, and 2) to determine the best naphthol dye for tie-dye on primisima fabrics. This research is an experimental study with independent variables, namely the composition of the dye naphthol with a weight variation of 2 grams, 3 grams, and 4 grams AS.BO with a composition of 4 grams of BB salt and 6 grams of salt, and 8 grams of table salt. Dependent variable; the tie-dye results in primisima which are reviewed from the results of the color sharpness test and the sharpness of the motif test. Control variables: binding technique, dyeing technique, tools, and people working. The data collection method used in this research is observation. The data analysis technique used was a single ANOVA. Based on the data analysis, it can be concluded that: 1) there is an effect of the composition of the dye naphthol, namely 2 grams and 3 grams with a salt composition of 4 grams and 6 grams on the jumputan result on primisima cloth, and 2) the composition of 3 grams/liter naphthol ASBO and 4 grams/liter of BB salt has the sharpest color and motif.
The objectives of this study were 1) to determine the effect of the disperse dye composition on the ICOLLET finished product, and 2) to determine the best disperse dye for ICOLLET products on hycon polyester chiffon fabric. This experimental research has independent variables of disperse dyes composition. The disperse dyes concentrations were 20 grams, 40 grams and 60 grams, respectively, while the dependent variable was the obtained color of ICOLLET on the hycon polyester chiffon fabric in terms of the fabric absorbency to the disperse dyes, the obtained color of ICOLLET and the level of preference of ICOLLET dyed hijab. The control variable were tying method, dabbing method, equipment and the operator. The data collection method used in this research was observation. Single ANOVA was used to analysis the data. Based on the data analysis, it can be concluded that disperse dyes composition affected the ICOLLET obtained product on hycon polyester chiffon fabric and system with 60 gram disperse dyes has the most absorbency generated the best motive compared to others.
