Pregnancy is a natural event for women, a woman will experience changes in him both physically and psychologically. The two problems we face very often are the field of psychology of pregnant women is the feeling of fear and rejection of pregnancy. Physically there will be an enlargement of the abdomen, felt the movement / emergence of hyperpigmentation, the release of colostrum and anxiety. This feeling of fear and anxiety will arise in primiparous and multiparous pregnant women who are having a pregnancy. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of physical and psychological readiness of third trimester pregnant women on the welfare of the mother and fetus. This study was an observational analytic study using a cross-sectional study design. Independent variables are age, education, marital status, parity. The dependent variable is the incidence of pre-eclampsia. Accidental sampling technique. This research was conducted in Rusunawa Kaligawe Semarang. Bivariate data analysis uses chi square test. The results showed that physical and psychological readiness variables were not related to maternal well-being with a p value of 0.369 (p value> 0.05). Variable physical and psychological readiness associated with fetal well-being with a p value of 0.018 (p value <0.05). The conclusion is a statistically significant positive relationship between physical and psychological readiness of pregnant women and fetal well-being in Rusunawa Kaligawe Semarang City and there is no positive and statistically significant relationship between physical and psychological readiness of pregnant women towards maternal welfare.Keyword: physical and psychological of pregnant women; health status of mother and baby
Objective: To identify the effectiveness of beet juice administration on hemoglobin level of anemic pregnant women.Materials and Methods: This was an experimental quantitative study using pretest-posttest design with a total sample of 30 patients who were divided into 2 groups of treatment groups (beetroot + Fe) and control group (Fe). The treatment was carried out for 14 days. Before and after the treatment, the samples were subjected to hemoglobin examination. Data in this study were the difference between pre-test and post-test values, the results of normality test with Shapiro Wilk, and, to identify the difference between pre-test and post-test, the results of Wilcoxon Test for abnormal data and Paired T-Test for normal data.Results: Mann Whitney Test results between treatment and control groups revealed p (0.023) < alpha (0.05). There was a significant difference in hemoglobin levels between TM III pregnant women with anemia receiving beets and those receiving Fe tablets only.Conclusion: Minimum Hb increase before and after the administration of Fe and beetroot juice to pregnant women was 17.7 gr% and the maximum Hb level was 0.8 gr%.
Kota Semarang jumlah Angka Kematian Ibu (AKI) sebanyak 88,3 per 100.000 Kelahiran Hidup (KH) di tahun 2017. Penyebab kasus AKI yaitu adanya keterlambatan dalam deteksi kehamilan dan pelaksanaan ANC belum sesuai standar. Kualitas pelayanan yang baik dilakukan oleh tenaga kesehatan pastinya akan meningkatkan kepuasan masyarakat. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui standar pelayanan ANC 10 T terhadap kepuasan ibu hamil di Puskesmas Tlogosari Kulon Kota Semarang. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan observasional analitik dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Pengambilan sampel dilaksanakan dengan menggunakan accidental sampling didapatkan sebanyak 55 ibu hamil TM III. Metode analisis data menggunakan uji descriptive stastictics frequencies dan uji chi-square. Hasil penelitian didapatkan bahwa standar pelayanan ANC 10 T sebagian besar dilakukan secara lengkap sesuai standar 10 T yaitu 43 ibu hamil (78,2 %). Kepuasan ibu hamil pada waktu melakukan pemeriksaan ANC sebagian besar ibu hamil merasa puas dengan pelayanan yang diberikan oleh bidan yaitu 44 ibu hamil (80%). Ada hubungan standar pelayanan ANC 10 T terhadap kepuasan ibu hamil. Kesimpulannya mayoritas pelayanan dilakukan sesuai standar dan ibu merasa puas.
