This study aims to describe the inheritance of cultural values ​​in Mite Silampari as an oral folklore in Lubuklinggau City. This study uses a quantitative descriptive approach, using data in the form of cultural values ​​contained in Mite Silampari which is a folklore of the City of Lubuklinggau which includes the essence of human life (MH); the nature of human work (MK); human relations (MM); the nature of human time (MW); and the nature of human nature (MA). Data on the inheritance of cultural values ​​in Mite Silampari was obtained through a questionnaire distributed to 50 respondents who were analyzed using the percentage formula. From the results of data analysis, it is known that the dominant cultural value in Mite Silampari is the Nature of Human Work (MK) in the form of cultural values ​​Noticing the Kinship System (84%) answered MBD, followed by the form of Honesty cultural values ​​(80%). Next is the cultural value of Relations between Humans in the form of the Cultural Value of Building Friendship (70%). Thus, the inheritance of cultural values ​​in Mite Silampari as oral folklore in the community in Lubuklinggau City is in the Good category (78%) because it is in the range 68 - 83 / Good. In conclusion, the level of value inheritance in the Mite Silampari culture as oral folklore in the community in Lubuklinggau City is classified as good. This research aims at describing the maintenance of Sindang language in Watervang subdistrict Lubuklinggau city which was focused on the maintenance of Sindang language in teenagers and adults domain. The research was a quantitative descriptive research with 59 informants of teenagers and adults. The data collection was conducted through closed questionnaire. The data were analyzed by using percentage calculation. The results showed that the maintenance of Sindang language on teenagers group was  73,01 with 'good'category, and on adults group was 80,57 with 'good' category. Based on the average calculation, it can be concluded that the attitude of the language maintenance on Sindang language among teenagers and adults in Watervang subdistrict Lubuklinggau city is in 'good' criteria. Tujuan akhir kegiatan pelatihan ini adalah meningkatkan pemahaman dan kemampuan para perangkat desa/kelurahan tentang penulisan surat dinas yang baik dan benar berdasarkan aturan dan kaidah PUEBI. Pelaksanaan pelatihan selama dua hari, dari tanggal 31 Mei s.d. 1 Juni 2021 bertempat di ruang pertemuan Kecamatan Jayaloka. Metode yang digunakan ceramah, tanya jawab, disikusi, dan latihan. Sasaran pelatihan adalah para perangkat desa/kelurahan yang ada di Kecamatan Jayaloka Kabupaten Musi Rawas, berjumlah 13 orang. Temuan awal dari hasil analisis data dokumentasi surat masuk dari desa/kelurahan yang tersimpan di pengarsipan surat pada kantor Camat Kecamatan Jayaloka ditemukan masih banyak perangkat desa/kelurahan yang kurang dan belum memahami tata aturan penulisan surat dinas,  khususnya dalam penggunaan kaidah kebahasaan, seperti pemilihan diksi, penggunaan huruf kapital, penggunaan tanda baca, dan penulisan kata tugas. Umumnya para perangkat desa/kelurahan dalam membuat surat dinas hanya copy paste dari surat yang sudah ada. Setelah dilakukan pelatihan selama dua hari menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pengetahuan, pemahaman, dan kemampuan para perangkat desa/kelurahan yang ada di Kecamatan Jayaloka Kabupaten Musi Rawas dalam menulis surat dinas yang baik dan benar berdasarkan aturan dan kaidah PUEBI. Hal ini didukung dari respons peserta pelatihan menunjukkan respons yang cukup baik, ada 69,23% peserta tuntas menyelesaikan kegiatan pelatihan sampai penyelesaian tugas akhir/latihan.  

This community service aims to reintroduce folk games to elementary school students. The aim and target of this activity are students of the State Elementary School in Mambang Village, Muara Kelingi District, Musi Rawas Regency so they can get to know and play folk games. The methods used in the activities are lecture, demonstration, simulation and practice methods. The material presented in this activity includes; Definition of Folk Games, Benefits of Folk Games, Types of Folk Games, How to Play in Folk Games, and Practice of Playing Folk Games, Character Values ​​of Discipline in each Folk Games. The results of the Community Service activities showed that as many as 86 students from the Public Elementary School in Mambang Village, Muara Kelingi District, Musi Rawas Regency who participated in this activity were very enthusiastic about playing folk games. The games practiced are the Cengkleng game, the Rubber Rope game, the Congklak Dakon game, the Wooden Stilts game, the Bekel Ball game and the Shell Stilt game.
