This research was descriptive research with quantitative approach. The number of samples was 80 people selected using a simplerandom sampling technique. The data were collected through observasion, questionnaire and documentation then analyzed through descriptive percentages, multiple linear regression and coefficient of determination (R 2 ). The results of the research show that Nurse Service Quality have positive effectPatient Satisfaction, this is seen from the result of hypothesis testing which shows that the value of F counted (simultaneous test).

This study was conducted at the Office of the Regional Civil Service Agency of Palu. In this study, the researchers applied the concept proposed by Agus Dwiyanto concerning five indicators that determine the performance of government employees, namely productivity, responsiveness, accountability, service quality, and responsibility. This study was descriptive research with a qualitative approach. Informants were selected purposively, in which the researchers deliberately chose people who were considered to understand the investigated problem. The informants in this study were the Head of the Regional Civil Service Agency of Palu, the Head of the Division of Transfer and Rank, the Head of the Sub-Division of Rank, employees of the Regional Civil Service Agency of Palu, and three civil servants from other agencies. Results showed as follows. In terms of productivity, there are still employees who are late to come for work which can result in a lack of employee working hours from the work time that has been set. In terms of service quality, it has not been running well because there are often delays in making decrees concerning appointments to be civil servants. In terms of responsiveness, it has gone well. The government employees of the Regional Civil Service Agency of Palu provide solutions to the problems faced by civil servants in Palu regarding promotions. In terms of responsibility, it has run quite well, as shown by the presence of a suggestion box and telephone-based service for civil servants to submit their suggestions and criticisms. In terms of accountability, it has run well, as indicated by the conditions found, in which employees have completed their works and reports on time. In addition, they are also responsible for the results of their works and reports to their respective heads of division if an error is found in making reports or delays in collecting reports.

Community participation in the management of the tourism sector is highly important in supporting the economy of the people of Baloli Village. This study discusses the process of community participation in Baloli Village in improving the economy through the tourism sector. In this study, the researcher applied the descriptive qualitative method. Data were collected through interviews, field studies, and documentation. Informants in this study were selected using a purposive sampling technique. In general, the selected informants were those who understand the problem studied. Those informants were the Village Secretary, the Head of the Community Welfare, Service, and Empowerment Section, visitors, and local people. The results indicated that community participation in tourism development, such as decision making, activity implementation, and utilization of results, is good. However, their participation in monitoring and evaluation is still not optimal. Furthermore, the potential of the tourism objects in Baloli Village is not developed maximally, such as many supporting facilities that have not been fully ideal.

Komunikasi politik meja makan ala jokowi ini sangat efektif meraih simpati masyarakat. Sehingga tak heran jika Jokowi melakukan hal yang sama ketika menjadi berlanjut menjadi Gubernur DKI Jakarta sampai menjadi Presiden Republik Indonesia untuk kedua kalinya. Makanan digunakan alat komunikasi politik dalam berdiplomasi. Sejarah telah mencatat bahwa sesungguhnya makanan menjadi alat diplomasi yang baik, koneksi yang menghubungkan antarmanusia, budaya, dan masyarakat. Metode penelitian yang digunakan metode analisis deskriptif, yang bertujuan untuk menggambarkan tentang komunikasi politik meja makan ala Jokowi untuk kepentingan. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan penulis adalah metode berbasis telaah pustaka, yang bersumber dari berbagai literatur, sepsserti buku-buku, jurnaljurnal, artikel, surat kabar harian, dan internet yang terkait dengan permasalahan dalam penelitian ini. Dalam penelitian ini, penulis juga menggunakan teknik analisis data kualitatif, yang menganalisa komunikasi politik meja makan ala Jokowi.

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Kinerja Pegawai di Pusat Kesehatan Masyarakat (Puskesmas) Kawatuna Kota Palu. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian Deskriptif Kualitatif yaitu penelitian yang menjelaskan secara rinci mengenai Kinerja Pegawai di Pusat Kesehatan Masyarakat (Puskesmas) Kawatuna Kota Palu. Jenis data yaitu data primer dan data sekunder. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu berupa observasi, dokumentasi dan wawancara. Teknik penentuan informan yaitu secara Purposive yaitu peneliti secara sengaja akan memilih orang-orang yang dipandang memahami masalah yang diteliti.Informan dalam penelitian ini adalah berjumlah 5 orang. Penelitian ini menggunakan teori Agus Dharma (2004) dimana ada tiga aspek yang digunakan dalam mengukur Kinerja Pegawai di Pusat Kesehatan Masyarakat (Puskesmas) Kawatuna Kota Palu. Dimana, ketiga indikator tersebut yaitu Kuantitas Pekerjaan, Kualitas Pekerjaan dan Ketepatan Waktu Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang diperoleh dapat disimpulkan bahwa Kinerja Pegawai di Pusat Kesehatan Masyarakat (Puskesmas) Kawatuna Kota Palu sudah maksimal. Dilihat dari tiga indikator penilaian Kinerja Pegawai, yang belum tercapai yaitu pada indikator Kualitas Pekerjaan dimana masih ada pasien yang belum merasa puas dengan pelayanan yang diberikan dan masih kurang ramah saat melayani pasien yang datang melakukan pemeriksaan kesehatan. Sementara indikator Kuantitas Pekerjaan dan Ketepatan Waktu sudah berjalan dengan baik.
