The article substantiates the expediency of applying the foundations of resource saving in the development of innovative technologies for producing of machine billets hot die forging from worn machine components for the subsequent manufacture of them of new parts in the industrial conditions. Particular emphasis is placed on technologies that provide minimal impact to the environment based on the developed methods of metal processing. The optimal combinations of basic parameters of the process of introducing resource-saving technologies in the repair and maintenance operations are proposed. As an example, the article substantiates possibility of carrying out the process of shaping long tubular forgings from extremely worn thick-walled bushings.
We consider short asymptotic expansions for the probability of a sum of i.i.d. random elements to hit a ball in a Hilbert space H. The error bound for the expansion is of order O(n −1 ). It depends on the first 12 eigenvalues of the covariance operator only. Moreover, the bound is non-uniform, i.e. the accuracy of the approximation becomes better as the distance between a boundary of the ball and the origin in H grows.
The relevance of the research topic is due to the fact that the activities of employees of the Ministry of internal Affairs of Russia are associated with the influence of various adverse factors on their work, such as the negative impact of criminal acts, the complexity of operational investigative, procedural, administrative activities, falling under the influence of corrupt officials, and so on. A special feature of the work of the Ministry of internal Affairs of Russia is that it covers all types and areas of state security of the country. In this regard, the work of the heads of the Ministry of internal Affairs of Russia is subject to stress and emotional pressure. As a result, there may be situations when employees stop performing their professional duties efficiently, that is, we are talking about their professional burnout. This negative phenomenon affects all categories of employees of the Ministry of internal Affairs of Russia, but it is in relation to managers that the topic under consideration is of particular interest. The problem of the research lies, first, in the infancy of the conceptual apparatus, namely the lack of a uniform definition of the terms occupational stress, professional burnout and emotional burnout of head of the territorial body of the MIA of Russia. Secondly, not enough attention is paid to psychoprevention measures, which makes it necessary to develop recommendations for the prevention of emotional burnout of heads of the Ministry of internal Affairs of Russia. The purpose of the study is to develop recommendations for the prevention of emotional burnout and stress tolerance in the official activities of heads of territorial bodies of the Ministry of internal Affairs of Russia. Literature analysis, synthesis, generalization and systematization of materials, method of empirical-theoretical General scientific description First, from the perspective of the vocational service activities of the head of the territorial body of the Ministry of internal Affairs of Russia refined the definitions of the following terms: professional stress, professional burnout, emotional burnout of the head of the territorial body of the Ministry of internal Affairs of Russia. Secondly, recommendations have been developed for the prevention of emotional burnout of heads of territorial bodies of the Ministry of internal Affairs of Russia.
The authors of the article justify the expediency of applying resource saving in developing innovative technologies for hot rolling of boning knife blades from steel slabs. Such knives are widely used in meat processing industry. Metal consumption of the process was significantly reduced after changing the existing factory technology of making boning knives. The operation of cutting or grinding was replaced by hot rolling. The specific feature of the technology lies in minimizing the metal loss into shavings during the final processing of the steel slab by means of cutting. Reducing metal loss in making such steel parts and raising metal utilization rate are achieved by maximum possible approximation of forging configuration to the end product contour and preservation of the allowances regulated by the operational chart. The authors suggest optimal combinations of basic parameters of introduction of resource saving technology into production. To adduce an example the authors justify the possibility of shaping and simultaneous hardening of the knife blade during hot rolling between deforming rollers. Energy intensity of the technology suggested is lowered by means of reducing the time for further mechanic processing of the forging by cutting. Practical approbation of the introduced resource saving technology in repair production made it possible to raise the metal utilization rate to 95% and to reduce by 1.2 the production cost of a boning knife as the end product. When manufacturing the parts metal resources are saved due to the fact that irreversible loss of metal in the innovative technology of the boning knives’ production differs a lot from that in the traditional one. Technical and economic calculations adduced in the article show the effectiveness of the research and prove the profit of implementation of the new technology
The article is devoted to the substantiation of technological foundations for the restoration of extremely worn-out, metal-consuming, and resource-consuming parts, in a method consisting of applying a compensating metal wear with subsequent plastic deformation. Currently, there are no technologies for their restoration in a repair facility that guarantee the resilience of the factory product. The proposed technological process of repair consists of butt welding onto the end of the spline semi-axle shank, compensating for the wear of the metal, the volume of which takes into account the losses resulting from the wear of the slots, as well as allowances for their machining. In the example of forging the axle shaft of a truck’s driving axle, the regularities of the plastic flow of metal during part deformation in the stamp are revealed. In the process of hot volumetric upsetting of long cylindrical parts with a variable diameter, it is important to know the possible directions of metal movements, as well as the energy-power characteristics of the process at various stages of forging. The evaluation criteria of the level of perfection of the technology were indicators of resource conservation and efficiency of the recovery route. The technological direction of the conducted research was analyzed, step by step, from the standpoint of saving repair materials and energy resources. The results of theoretical studies are crucial in the design of die tooling, for the manufacture of blanks, when restoring the rear axle shafts of trucks with pressure. Production tests carried out on the models, obtained as a result of mathematical processing of experimental data, confirmed the reliability of the experimental information. The introduction of the proposed set of repair equipment for the restoration of semi-axles will allow the formation of additional production in the region for the recycling of worn-out metal-intensive steel parts of agricultural machinery.
