The biological activity of cryoconserved fetal liver cells of mice (FLM) undergone the He-Ne laser action has been estiated by the efficiency of their transplantation to mice-recipients exposed to lethal X-ray dose .The survival rate 30 days after X-ray exposure for those mice was 75% in comparison with 70% for mice with cryoconserved nonirradiated graft. The trial animals' peripheral blood investigations have been made. The obtained results indicate that laser method of cryoconserved cells stimulation can help to increase the therapeutic efficiency of mielotranspiantation.
The rate coefficients and product ions have been determined for the reactions of F+ ions with some fifteen molecular gases at 300 K using a SIFT apparatus. The reactant gases were N2, CO, C O 2 . H2, Dz, NO, 0 2 , C6H6, C,H,, C2HZ, CH4, NH,, H,O, H2S and OCS. The mechanisms of the reactions are interpreted in terms of the accessible electronic states of the parent molecular ions formed in the (predominantly) charge transfer processes that occur. For two reactions, the electronic states of the product ions have been identified experimentally; for the other reactions, the states of the product ions have been inferred in the light of the available data obtained from photoelectron spectroscopy studies.
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
