Все по-често пациентът оценява медицинската дейност и взаимоотношенията, в които встъпва с лекаря и медицинската сестра в периода на хоспитализацията. Целта на проучването е да се установят и анализират фактори, които влияят на удовлетвореността на пациента при престоя му в отделението. Проучването е проведено сред 1054 пациенти, хоспитализирани в МБАЛ на територията на осем града. Оценката на различни фактори показа, че с увеличаване броя на хоспитализациите (до трета хоспитализация) все повече се повишава удовлетвореността на пациентите от отношението на лекаря и медицинската сестра, обслужването и грижите от сестринския персонал, но намалява удовлетвореността по отношение на материалната база, получаваната информация и медицинското наблюдение. Пациентите, живеещи в селата, са по-удовлетворени, за разлика от живеещите в големите градове. По отношение на образованието болните с по-висока образователна степен и в по-млада възрастова група са по-доволни от обслужването и грижите в отделението, за разлика от зачитане на правата им като пациенти и получаване на редовна информация.
The paper present the perspectives and the possible benefits of the POCT tests, conducted outside of the clinical laboratories. Laboratory tests are objective in their character, which is one of the main reasons for the constant increase in the number of laboratory tests.The fast development of the technology in clinical laboratories, leads to the constant introduction of new markers, as well as the methods and equipment for the establishment of their values. Moving the laboratory diagnostics closer to the patient's location (point of care testing) is a new tendency in the policy of health care. The tendency may be applied and is expanding, because of the fast development of biotechnologies. In a worldwide scale, POCT is essential for the public health care.
The article is devoted to an actual pedagogical problem the creation of new valeological directions and services in the organization and content of education in educational institutions. The creation and establishment of the valeological service in educational institutions significantly expands the opportunities for continuing education of valeopedagogics. The modern education system needs qualified specialists who are prepared to work in the valeological service, which can be divided into medical, psychological, educational and social. The content of the activities of the valeological service may include preventive, correctional, diagnostic, educational, coordination, experimental, scientific and methodological, information and educational work. A modern educational institution is obliged to help every child maintain and develop health this is a priority and urgent problem of pedagogy. The proposed program of the valeological service Сenter for healthy child development, experimentally created and implemented in the work of schools in Ulan-Ude by teachers and students of the Pedagogical Institute of the Buryat State University, will help solve this problem. Considerable attention is paid to the mechanisms of formation, preservation, and health promotion of participants in the educational process.
