⎯Dynamics of the morphometric and physical properties of hemocytes of the Prussian carp Carassius gibelio (Bloch) under the influence of a temperature factor has been studied with atomic force microscopy in experiments in vitro. It is found that, at a low incubation temperature (5°C), as opposed to room temperature (20°C), morphometric parameters change in erythrocytes; at a high temperature (40°C) they change in polymorphonuclear leucocytes. The low incubation temperature reduces the adhesion and elasticity of polymorphonuclear leucocytes and erythrocytes of C. gibelio, whereas a high incubation temperature leads to a decrease in adhesion in polymorphonuclear white blood cells.
Currently, significant changes that actively take place in modern Russian society affect all spheres of its development. Today, due to economic globalization and high rates of innovative technologies development special attention is paid to the education system, where profound changes occur.
Today, the educational process is focused on the development of personal characteristics that meet the requirements of a modern educated person. In this regard, the task of educational institutions is to adapt the educational process to today's realities. Modern school is based on the principles of effective ways of professional and personal qualities development. To achieve this goal, special attention should be paid to the need for renewal and natural science education. One of the directions of innovative activity at the lessons of natural-mathematical cycle of secondary education is STEM education. It helps children to delve into the logic of the events, understand their relationships, systematically explore the world and thereby generate curiosity, engineering style of thinking, the ability to get out of critical situations, to develop teamwork skills and learn the basics of management and self-presentation, which, in turn, provides a fundamentally new level of personal development.

We have studied functional capabilities of cardiovascular system in young men of service age in terms of indicators of сardiointervalography. It was stated that people who are 18-21 years old demonstrate increase of values of systolic, diastolic pressure and heart rate after physical activity in comparison with the values obtained in the rest state, while range values of Р, Q, R, S and Т deflections, interval sizes of P-Q, QRS and Q-T, reference and actual reference systole and systolic indicator decrease. Vagosympathetic index of the test persons after the functional test increased as compared with the rest state, which provides evidence of increase in tonus of sympathetic nervous system after physical activity. Key words: young men who are subject to conscription / conscripts, cardiovascular system, сardiointervalography, functional test.
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
