The infant roseola, viral pemphigus, papular-hemorrhagic rash as a form of gloves and socks syndrome, and one-sided laterothoracic exanthema can be referred to the rare types of infectious rash in the pediatrician’s practice. These diseases, despite certain signs peculiar to everyone, are often not diagnosed during the initial admission to a pediatrician. The study describes the characteristics of each type of rash, the course of the disease, and discusses possible errors in the primary diagnosis of rare infectious rashes.
A developed stand of physical modeling of inhalation allows us to estimate the distribution of the powdered drug in the respiratory tract, depending upon the device and method of inhalation. The created means of mathematical and physical modeling of inhalation can be used in the purchase of dosage forms overseas pro-duction to determine the most effective models. The authors propose and justify a new way of training of the respiratory muscles and the corresponding device implementing peak load in the initial phase of inhalation and exhalation. Most effectiveness of the proposed respiratory simulator compared to simulators throttle type is identified.
Physical inactivity is an urgent problem of modern medicine and society, characterized by a number of serious systemic disorders and claiming more than 5 million human lives every year. A timely increase in physical activity is obvious, however, there is a risk of developing tissue hypermetabolic syndrome associated with uncontrolled consumption of energy factors by the muscular system and possible damage to vital organs. In this regard, justified and proposed a system cardiorespiratory training, previous physical activation, by means of peak pressure in respiratory tract, through a portable device designed for individual use with a metered level of resistivity to reduce the risk of tissue hypermetabolism syndrome and increase in the future, the possibility of physical rehabilitation
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
