The article presents the results of a sociological study of the development of media education in secondary schools of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The authors note that in modern conditions, media literacy plays an essential role in the education system. Such important objects of media pedagogy research as: clip thinking of schoolchildren, the influence of gadgets on the learning process, media socialization, cybersecurity, distorted reality, manipulation of public consciousness become topical issues. These processes have an impact on the younger generation and their parents, and, therefore, requires study. The study was conducted as part of a sociological survey of subjects of the educational process – students, their parents and teachers, with a sample of 16,357 respondents, including students – 4,860, parents – 7,919, teachers – 3,578 people. The study of the processes of media pedagogy development has shown that there is a need to ensure not only the success of students ' socialization, but also the development of media literacy, ensuring cybersecurity, the use of psychological and pedagogical support for students, as well as the use of digital resources of the educational environment for self-realization and further professional self-determination. The development of media pedagogy ensures the successful social development of the individual in modern conditions.
This article presents the socio-psychological aspects of personnel management at the university. Effective personnel policy is a tool for improving the competitiveness of universities. It is necessary to form a set of requirements for employees in correlation with the university development program. Human resource management is an important link in the university's management system. The main characteristics, prospects and significance of this innovation in organizations are considered. The author notes that in HR management, business processes can be distinguished: personnel planning and marketing, evaluation of its effectiveness based on KPI, employee potential management, professional development, employee motivation. In the personnel policy, it is necessary to use modern digital technologies that provide a system for monitoring key and operational indicators of the university. It explains the need to create an electronic educational service that will contribute to changing the corporate culture and optimizing processes, including such services as digital marketing, research project management, a digital portfolio of teachers, a system for evaluating the activities of teaching staff based on KPI, etc.
The article's psychological diagnosis of master students' personal, professional development is considered a process of professional socialization and professional development. Undergraduates, as future researchers, teachers of educational activity are required to have certain professional qualities. The research aims to determine the dynamics of professional development of graduates in science and pedagogical process. For this purpose, the method Cattell (16PF, scale C), the diagnostic questionnaire of personality status and traits (FPI), a questionnaire of Otto Lipmann (1 variant), the questionnaire of "The level of subjective control," by J. Rotter have been used. While studying, it was underlined that master students possess: increased externalities trends in personal and industrial relations (i.e., the main areas for the teacher relationship), strengthening conservative tendencies in behavior, as opposed to radicalism and other professional qualities for teaching and research activities. Successful undergraduate is characterized by a greater tendency to depression, compared to less successful, he is more sensitive, competent, internality, and responsible for achieving, and creative. It was noted that the factor structure of variant individuality-personal features of undergraduates includes the factors of "professional competence," "professional motivation," and "professional internality."
The proposed article reveals the idea of a "socio-psychological hub" - a unique system for improving the effectiveness of school psychologists and social educators in order to identify, correct, restore and psychologo-pedagogical diagnostics and support the socio-psychological climate of students in the secondary educational process of the country. The idea is based on the results of organizing and conducting continuous pedagogical practice in the framework of cooperation between Taraz State Pedagogical University and secondary educational institutions of Zhambyl region, as well as providing psychological and pedagogical assistance and support to young specialists of schools during the adaptation period.
