The state and observation models considered both kinematic and dynamic aircrafts parameters should be applied for the electronic navigation aids accuracy increasing issue of the air-traffic control system data measuring. In contrast to current air-traffic control system kinematic and dynamic parameters summarizing allows to describe the aircrafts movement model more adequate. In the study the theta-theta (t-t) navigation channel functioning algorithm of the air-traffic control system data measuring constructed by the kinematic and dynamic parameters correlation principle was developed and tested.
Seaplanes and WIG-craft are supposed to take the significant part of the projected air traffic growth without constructing new airstrips. However, a trouble-free flight at low altitude over the disturbed sea surface and also marine landing require the application of the special methods and means of motion control which are capable to solve the corresponding specific problems. Methods of stability providing and solving some other problems of WIG flight by means of automatic control are analyzed 1 . The criteria for control systems improving are given. The experience and achievements in this field of high technology are described. Probable areas of the most effective application of vehicles with such equipment are indicated. Copyright 2005 IFAC
The question of improving the standard deviation of the phase coordinate error, stability, and noise immunity of the rangefinder for information and measurement system of the automated air traffic control of aircraft is considered. Rangefinder state and observation models which consider kinematic and dynamic characteristics of air crafts have been proposed. A rangefinder algorithm has been developed and investigated through simulation modelling on a computer with research results obtained.
