The article gives examples of practical use of false objects (models) during the preparation and conduct of hostilities, describes the most appropriate constructive implementation of weapons and military equipment (WМЕ) models, defines the tasks that will be performed during their application, formulated requirements for models different types of military technologies. Implementation of events of tactical camouflage remains the important element of the all-round providing of fight, the task of that is an achievement of the hidden activity of the units and misleading an opponent in relation to composition, state, position of units, their battle possibilities and intention of future actions. During realization of anti-terror operation and operation of Incorporated forces during implementation of events of the all-round providing, misleading an opponent came true by creation of erroneous elements of battle-orders of units, making of models of military technique by means of the improvised materials (boxes, boards and others like that). Noise during works, subzero quality of models exposed intention of misleading an opponent, that erected efficiency of the use of erroneous objects to the minimum. At the same time the use of Armed forces of Ukraine (AFU) of the quality models of military technique, which were made in factory with the observance of all requirements, types will allow in times to promote efficiency of events of the all-round providing and create terms in relation to misleading an opponent. . During realization of complete spectrum of events of tactical camouflage (creation of erroneous objects) it is expedient to use pneumatic models of WME (starting options, artillery systems). With the aim of achievement of maximal efficiency of the use of pneumatic models they need to be made it is centralized with the observance of corresponding requirements (maximal working out in detail of construction) of WME (starting options, artillery systems) and their constituents. In the conditions of application of various facilities of secret service an opponent, with the aim of misleading him, pneumatic models must imitate all processes constrained with the use of standard of WME (moving, transportation, starting of rockets, firing, electromagnetic radiation, sound-effects, heating of separate parts, reflection of radio waves, and others like that). Pneumatic model must function in the conditions of continental climate temperate and in the conditions of radio electronic hindrances of different origin. Thus, on condition of observance of the marked requirements and descriptions, it is possible to assert that pneumatic models of WME (starting options, artillery systems) is qualitatively made will execute a task on purpose, namely to mislead an opponent, in relation to the real construction of battle-orders of our units. Further direction of research of this question must be development of methodology of application of pneumatic models in the different types of fight, stowage of operatively-tactical requirements of pneumatic models to every WME (starting setting, artillery system), search of the most expedient technical decisions, in relation to a structure, functioning and vitality of materials and devices that will be included in a complete set.
The article analyzes the possible risks that can arise when firing artillery and rocket launches. The disadvantages of the method of calculating the protection zones are identified, which taking into account will reduce the likelihood of the occurrence of abnormal situations, which can lead to tragic consequences and damage to objects adjacent to the boundary of the testing ground. Additions to the procedure for determining the protection zones of the test site in the interests of RVIA are proposed and the specified, correct sizes of these zones are provided. Development of rocket troops and artillery (RTaA) of the Armed Forces (AF) of Ukraine is impossible without a permanent improvement and modernisation of types of armament and ammunition to them, development of the new artillery systems and their ground tests. During realization of ground tests of types of armament and military technique (WME) of RTaA firing of artillery and starting of rockets is accompanied by errors or wrong acts of WME attendant and personnel or extraneous persons, the consequences of that must be envisaged, and the risk of their origin is Analysis of the battle firing, including during realization of anti-terror operation and operation of the incorporated forces on east of Ukraine row of ground tests of standards of WME RTaA test if possibility of origin of nonpermanent near-accidents during application of armament of RtaA as a result of rejection of trajectory of flight of projectile (mines) by the direction and distance from the expected targets. Mostly it happens through untaking into account of maximal rejections of meteorological and ballistic terms of firing from tabular or errors in calculations, wrong acquisition of charge, error at aiming of fighting machines, cannons, mortars. There for practice of the battle firing needs taking into account of these errors, that will give an opportunity consider ably to promo test rength security at application of armament of RAaT during testing of standards of WME. Thus, in the article certainly and possible risks that can arise up during realization of firing of artillery and starting of rockets are analysed, related to the lacks of existent methodology of realization of calculations in relation to providing of safety measures during the tests of WME RtaA. Suggestions are brought in, in relation to the improvement of methodology of realization of calculations of sizes of protective zones, that unlike existing more in detail take into account maximal deviations of terms of firing from tabular values. These suggestions for providing of safety measures it will be allowed to decrease probability of origin of situations, that can result in tragic consequences and to causing of damages to the objects that fit closely to the limits of training field. Anoffer adding to the order of determination of protective zones and given specified sizes of the sezones have an important practical value at determination of possibilities of grounds and providing of safety of testing and battle firing (starting) of RtaA.
A general approach is considered, which allows to use the information models of automated interaction of control bodies to generate correct results of information-computingtasks, which are solved by means of complexes of automation of control units of artillery units. Experience of application of artillery during anti-terror operation and Operation of the incorporated forces allowstoassert, that a managementofartilleryunitscanbeeffectiveonlyattermspracticallyinstantaneous, real-time, reactiononanoperativesituation, thatchangesconstantly. Theachievementofsuchlevelofmanagementispossibleonlybyautomationofhisprocesses (automatedrealizationofcorrespondingcomplexof information-computing tasks) withtheuseofcomplexesoffacilitiesofautomation (CFA). One of basic tasks of CFA there is realization of possibilities of the special software basis of that is made by information-computing tasks (ICT). To ICT hard requirements are pulled out in relation to unification, accordance to the technical equipments, and also openness and adaptivity both to maintenance of tasks for automation of that they are intended and to the time indexes of realization of calculations. Determination of tactical situation (operative directions) of ICT is one of major elements of the stage of forming of requirement specification on development of CFA. Exactly a tactical situation has given determine role and place of ICT in the process of management, connection with other ICT, forms and sources of receipt of permanent and variable information, consumers of initial information, mathematical methods, limitations and suppositions that is accepted in ICT. The operative raising of task (to the complex of tasks) is a basic document that the developer of task must follow at her creation[1].The analysis of information generators testifies in the same time, that not spared the question of forming of the operative raising of ICT the proper attention.
