Graded ferroelectric ceramics based on barium strontium titanate solid solutions Ba 1−x Sr x TiO 3 (x = 0-0.3) was prepared by tape casting. Its microstructure and dielectric properties were investigated. A significant change of grain sizes was observed in the graded samples, decreasing with the increase of strontium concentration. The samples demonstrated high temperature stability of dielectric characteristics. In the ceramics with x varying from 0 to 0.3 the temperature coefficient of capacitance (TCC) did not exceed 10% in the range T =20-100 • C.
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
