Creating effective irrigation systems requires solving the dialectic problem: selecting high-performance equipment and irrigation technology that takes into account the rational water and energy use requirements and maximum adaptation to the region of their application ensuring environmental safety, preserving and increasing the fertility of irrigated soils. The fundamental is the principle of maximum adaptation of sprinkling equipment to specific soil, climatic and relief conditions, taking into account the environmental indicators acceptable for a particular landscape. In the period from 2015, development work on the reconstruction of domestic wide-coverage sprinklers in the Russian Federation was resumed. Over this short period, a number of companies went from developing working design documentation for prototype models of preproduction series of sprinkler machines to conducting state acceptance tests confirming the status of a Russian manufacturer to their active introduction in irrigated areas of domestic agricultural producers. When developing a number of models of sprinkler machines, the FSBI All-Russian Research Institute "Raduga" took an active part in their designing and in experimental work, development of technical documentation and support for conducting state tests; they are that were considered in this article. All samples were developed on the basis of the conditions of compliance with modern agrotechnical requirements, namely, when watering, artificial precipitation should form in its structure close to natural rains with a droplet diameter of 0.8-1.2 mm and an intensity of up to 0.25 mm / min. with a uniform distribution over area not less than 0.8. Testing of the samples was carried out by the Federal State Institution “Vladimir State Zone Machine Testing Station” in accordance with “ STO AIST 11.1-2010. Sprinkling machines and installations. Methods for assessing functional indicators”, and also related standard and regulatory documents. The tests passed allowed us to obtain positive protocols of state acceptance tests with recommendations on putting in serial production or putting in production after implementing the corrections.
The article deals with the issues and principles of development of wide-cut sprinkler machines and irrigation equipment for the application of mineral fertilizers with irrigation water and identifies modern challenges to achieve fundamental improvements in technical and operational characteristics. The methodology of the work is based on the study and analysis of design and layout schemes, operating principles and designs of modern electrified circular sprinkler machines of leading foreign and domestic manufacturers and equipment for fertilizing them. As a result, the main directions of improvement of sprinkler equipment are identified and conceptually new technical solutions for the main units and assemblies are defined.
The article deals with the operation of hydraulic structures (GTS) under the jurisdiction of the Department of land reclamation of the Ministry of agriculture of Russia, designed to provide water reclamation systems. Costs necessary for the maintenance of GTS, ensuring their operability and safe operation, carrying out repair work and other measures are considered. The study is based on information about more than 160 objects. According to the inventory of 2010–2011, the water management complex of Federal property under the jurisdiction of the Ministry of agriculture of the Russian Federation is represented by sixty thousand hydraulic structures. They include 232 reservoirs, more than 2 thousand regulating waterworks, 134 dams, 1.7 thousand supplying and pumping water from stationary pumping stations, more than 40 thousand km of water supply and discharge channels, more than 3 thousand km of protective shafts and dams and other facilities. On the basis of the study found that variation in the value of costs for operation of hydraulic structures in the various organizations 8...10 times. This is due to underfunding of operations, different service life of the GTS, their wear and tear. It is necessary to use the methodology of cost planning by types of GTS. This will ensure the normal financing of operating costs of the reclamation complex.
The article presents the results of monitoring the availability and state of production of irrigation machinery and equipment in Russia. Based on the information and analytical studies carried out, data on the structure of the irrigation equipment fleet are presented, taking into account the availability and supplies of Russian and imported equipment. A complex of engineering, technical, organizational, and managerial measures has been developed, aimed at providing agricultural producers with domestic irrigation machinery, corresponding to the modern scientific and technical level of technology development in the world. A relevant issue is not only the conduct of experimental design and technological work on the development of a new generation of sprinkling equipment, which has the author’s priority of the Russian Federation but also a comprehensive State policy is needed, which creates opportunities for Russian machine-building enterprises to organize and develop serial production, will reduce the dependence of the melioration industry on imported equipment, which is consistent with the goals of the Food Security Doctrine and the Import Substitution Strategy in the Russian Federation. AIC.
The article notes the importance of developments aimed at expanding the functionality of multi-support sprinkler machines, based on the bridge design and layout scheme of their spans. The main features of bridge units are similar in many ways to those of wide-reach sprinkler machines of the Kuban-LK1 type, a basic element that (a truss span with a support cart) can be taken as a separate module. At the same time, it is proved that the effectiveness of the design and application of a single-span circular bridge module is determined, to a large extent, based on its main purpose (sprinkling), the types and schemes of placement of rain-forming devices, as well as the design of running systems. Justified and recommended for use on the Kuban-LK1 DM irrigation of soil-seeing schemes of placement of sprinklers with the results of a positive assessment as an example of one of the methods (scheme 1) in the field are given. Based on the above, the driving systems for the self-propelled DM bridge trolley of circular action on moderate rigid wheels, pneumatic tires (figures 6,7,8 and 9), and crawler and walking engines were proved and tested positively. The analysis of technical solutions for running systems of sprinkler machines "Kuban-LK1" and the development of technical proposals on the basis of it to reduce their compacting effects on the soil allowed us to tentatively determine, based on the strength characteristics of the surface of the soil, the zones of their application. The experience of creating, on the basis of the above studies, an experimental section with a module based on the DM "Kuban-LK1", a bridge type with a preliminary expert assessment of its work is given. Analysis of search studies has shown that electrified multi-support sprinkler machines of the Kuban-LK1 type, when optimizing their rain-forming and running systems, can serve as a base and be fully used when creating multi-support bridge units with minor design modifications. In addition, the machine can be used as a power supply system to power other means of mechanization that work in the same process with it.
