В статті показано, що український ринок яєць в останні роки характеризується спадною кон’юнктуро. Це пов’язано з великими обсягами виробництва і обмеженим експортом через спалахи в країні пташиного грипу. Визначено, що частка особистих селянських господарств в загальних обсягах виробництва у 2016 р. становила майже половину всієї виробленої продукції. Графічно відображено і охарактеризовано динаміку виробництва яєць в сільськогосподарських підприємствах і особистих селянських господарствах за 1990–2016 рр. Охарактеризовано коливання цін на яйця, зміни обсягів експорту яєць та яйцепродуктів. Проведено аналіз структурних змін в експорті української яєчної продукції та ринках її продажу. Визначено найбільших виробників яєць в Україні і охарактеризовано двох перших з них. Проаналізовано їх діяльність за минулі три роки, визначено частку ринку, проблеми, їх причини і можливі шляхи вирішення.

The purpose of this article is to study the relation of youth to social advertising and its impact on it. The main objectives of the article – an analysis of the theoretical and applied aspects of social advertising, the synthesis of research results, conducted among students of universities in relation to their relationship with social advertising and the implementation of their healthy lifestyle. The article defines social advertising in accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Advertising”, it is stated that its main task is to popularize universal human values. It is noted that one of the main subjects in the formation of social advertising is the state. Described how legislatively it regulates social advertising. The research results among students of higher educational institutions of Lviv city are analyzed. It is determined that most of them follow a healthy lifestyle. The main thing the respondents see in the disparity of their healthy lifestyle is – wrong, unbalanced diet and lack of sleep time. It was investigated that almost a third of respondents do not follow their diet, more than half do not engage in any kind of sports. It has been determined that only 23% of the interviewed students do not have bad habits. More than half of respondents have Internet addiction. It has been studied that the Internet and social networks recognized as the main source of information about healthy lifestyle students. It is estimated that 55% of respondents believe that social advertising changes their behavior and makes them think. Among the main reasons that make social advertising less influential, students called content and quality. It is described that creating a high-quality advertising product requires significant financial resources, in which the main customers of social advertising are very limited. It was investigated that the main problems that should be addressed by social advertising, according to respondents – is the environment and the fight against harmful habits. Important areas to reach with social advertising should be the problems of disease prevention, maternity and childhood, patriotism, volunteering, animal protection. According to research findings, the main channels for the distribution of social advertising should be the Internet and social networks. Social advertising should be targeted rather than directed to the general public. The Internet is the most successful way of distributing social advertising for influencing young people. Among other channels of marketing communications to highlight the most priority for impact on other age categories is quite difficult.

В статті досліджено і співставлено основні тенденції, які склалися на рекламному ринку України і світу за минулі десять років. Показано, що український рекламний ринок виріс у гривневому еквіваленті, проте зазнав двох кризових спадів у 2009 і 2014 роках. У доларовому еквіваленті місткість українського ринку медіа реклами за десять років зменшилася в два рази, в той час як місткість глобального рекламного ринку зросла на третину. Представлено структуру українського ринку медійної реклами, її динаміку в розрізі різних медіа каналів. Показано, що за досліджуваний період суттєво зросла частка інтернет реклами за рахунок скорочення частки витрат на телевізійну рекламу, рекламу в пресі і зовнішню рекламу. Здійснено порівняння розподілу рекламних витрат в розрізі носіїв в Україні і світі. Розглянуто світові тенденції перспектив розвитку рекламного ринку щодо носіїв реклами. Показано, що реклама через мобільні пристрої є ключовим фактором зростання рекламних ринків. Визначено п’ятірку лідерів світових рекламодавців за обсягами витрат на рекламу у 2015 р., розглянуто їх витрати на рекламу, в тому числі через цифрові носії та мобільні пристрої. Визначено перспективи розвитку глобального рекламного ринку щодо країн–лідерів. Розглянуто перспективи розвитку рекламного ринку України та основні фактори, які їх визначають.

The paper aims to determine the features and justify the need to use state marketing to meet public needs as one of the types of marketing. It has been found out that the main goal of state marketing is to study and form a complex of needs (individual, group, public) and develop effective ways to satisfy them, taking into account real economic opportunities and other limiting factors. The study reveals the difference in state marketing and the political and social one. It is indicated that state marketing, along with well-known marketing tools, uses administrative, organizational, regulatory and other levers of influence. It has been established that the state represented by the central and local government bodies is the main subject of state marketing. The state can directly participate in meeting needs and (or) create an environment and conditions for their implementation. Some aspects of state marketing use are considered on the example of meeting the need for material support for people of retirement age. The main components of the set of state marketing in pension provision have been determined. It has been proven that they are all interconnected and interdependent and require research, further improvement and development. The key important tasks of the pension reform are considered. The decisive role of the state in pension provision has been proved. It is noted that radical measures are inappropriate to apply in the pension system reforming - it is necessary to predict the social consequences of the decisions taken, since they are often accompanied with active public protests. Therefore, any pension reform must be accompanied by appropriate marketing communications. The main goal of state marketing in pension provision is determined. It involves the development of a pension system aimed at qualitative satisfaction of individual and collective needs in pension provision, as well as in creating conditions conducive to its effective functioning. It is indicated that a comprehensive approach is required to reform the pension system along with improving the entire social protection system in the state, economic development stimulation, increase in the level of the population wages and employment. В статті показано, що виробництво м’яса птиці є тваринницькою галуззю, яка в світі демонструє найвищі темпи зростання обсягів виробництва за минулі десять років у порівнянні з іншими галузями тваринництва. Визначено найбільших світових виробників бройлерного м’яса, якими є США, Бразилія, Китай, країни Європейського Союзу, Індія, які разом виготовляють понад дві третини всього світового виробництва цього виду продукції. Україна займає 19 позицію з обсягами виробництва у 2016 р. понад 1,05 млн т. Показано, що основними експортерами бройлерного м’яса є Бразилія, США, країни Євросоюзу, Таїланд і Китай. Визначено, що найбільшими імпортерами бройлерного м’яса на світовому ринку є Японія, Мексика, Саудівська Аравія. Україна займає сьому позицію в світі за обсягами експорту бройлерного м’яса. Українські виробники у 2016 р. збільшили експортні поставки м’яса птиці майже на 80 тис. т. Основний вектор поставок був спрямований на азійсько-африканський ринок. Обсяги імпорту курячого м’яса в Україну також зросли трохи більше, як на 20 тис. т. В Україну ввозиться здебільшого дешева низькоякісна продукція.
